Default One dashboard for multiple programs' stats

    Hello

I've been using StatsRemote for some time and have nothing but good words to say about it. But the problem is, they don't provide stats per campaign/marketing source. So you can only get stats for the entire account and can't get the product/country/campaign drill-down.

When running 100s of campaigns, doing this manually via Excel is a pain.
How do you guys manage tens/hundreds of campaigns?

I know there are a few cloud services, but giving them all my data is a security risk I cannot afford to take.

    Thanks!

I was talking with stats remote some time ago and they were able to pull our campaign IDs through for our CPA model after an affiliate asked for it.
Perhaps you should hit them up? You never know, they might add it if you ask for it.

    StatsRemote is awesome, I agree
Beside it, people who created it were very open for suggestions and cooperation, especially if the program is missing some affiliate program in the database. They would add it asap

Yea already tried that, here is their response, which makes perfect sense by the way:

"Or just accumulated stats for the entire account?" - This is the correct
answer. It is already quite difficult for us to provide the current
'overview' because we cannot see users' accounts nor users' StatsRemote
    installations.

The vast majority of programs use custom stats systems so to attempt to
drill down to the next level and more importantly, maintain this
functionality going forward as the program/site make changes, would be
beyond our ability in terms of costs and time.

    Sorry about that.

This is one big USP of Adge.com

    • Medium Report - Report by traffic medium*
    • Source Report - Report by traffic source*
    • Tag Report - Report by user-defined tag*

But there are some other not so cool
My personal recommendation: World-Class Hosting with Kinsta.com

They indeed have much better reporting than other solutions but their pricing model is not good
and program support is very poor.

I know that without the reports by source, user, etc... it's a pain but frankly it's only important when a conversion is done and when it happens I can simply login to the original affiliate program and I get the best picture so.

It's not worthwhile if you ask me to pay so much for these features

I had a good support via Skype during a 3 month "test". But its really hard to get a new operator into system.
With Statsremote its done with next update

And true ... its very very pricy.

I guess very few affiliates run dozens of different campaigns with different operators.
Maybe that's why no company provides such service.

I won't use a service like adge.com because it's cloud-based and my data could be compromised.

It seems that the only move is to code something in-house.

Yes exactly, I can control my own machine's security but can't trust a 3rd party with such sensitive information.
It's the same as giving them my bank credentials.

    I agree with you remoremo.

I do not personally use statsremote, but recall a lengthy discussion with them when they first released their service, in fact I do think a portion of that is here somewhere.

I had big concerns about where the usernames and passwords were stored, and what data was sent to them.

And If I recall correctly, they welcomed anyone to run packet capture and inspection while using their software to prove they neither received nor stored any information such as passwords etc, so no worry about a cloud service being compromised.

They made me and others feel very comfortable they wrote a good software product keeping the safety of their users in mind.

Here area few of the threads relating to statsremote that date back to 2007 and may help some affiliates see that they certainly have stood the test of time and have been servicing affiliates for many years.

I totally understand your concerns which we share, it always the best to check for yourself and make sure your data is safe.

    Good Luck !

I've been searching for reviews of these people - https://www.gpwa.org/forum/incomecon...incomecontrols - for well over a year now. Anyone have any information on IncomeControls? Could any of the services mentioned above produce the kind of data IncomeControls does? I am hesitant to use IC because giving information to a competing poker affiliate just seems dumb, regardless of whether or not I'd enjoy using their platform...

I was looking at this video here for better understanding - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHbRPx0F-k0

It looks interesting tool where it comes to trace your players and your finance aspects, not sure if they kept developing the software since 2014, as it looks now they didn't so much...
I also didn't find any recommendations, reviews or feedback about this software... but it seems like you can request a demo from their site - https://www.incomecontrols.com/site/index.html

Yes, the tool looks great. I've even tracked down two people at the company and spoken to them about it. However, the software uses your login/passwords to create the data, which I find unacceptable. The software also stores data somewhere other than locally, also unacceptable. I believe their business model is a % of income as well, which is strike three.

They've told me they could write it to all run and store locally, but never got back to me with a price because they said there were certain technical hurdles to overcome, as well as them having some issue with putting a fully functional version in someone's hands. Unfortunate.

I would love to have software like this for our own internal analysis. I wonder where I could hire someone, preferably from a low cost of labor country, to write similar stuff. Any ideas?

Anyone here using Adge to collate all your affiliate data? It's not cheap, but I think it has potential after giving it a brief look. Thoughts?

I feel foolish. This is what happens when you read a thread once. And then post in it again many months later
