Default Online Gambling Rain in Spain: APCW Perspectives Weekly 1 June 2012

I keep reading a lot about Bwin affiliates getting "shafted" and also how they are belosers and not bewinners. Is there anything available online where I can read about this and learn why, as I am hearing about various programs being deemed rogue etc, and I like to try and learn why.
