    Default Online image tool

    Hi guys, does anyone know a online tool to add a filter over an image to make it darker, like a film over it........sorry that is really badly explained but this is what I mean.............like this. Sure its very easy to do in photoshop (if you have it or know how to use it)

    If you want to try yourself.

    In Photoshop you can do another layer and fill with your darker colour say black and then in the fill option on panel adjust the opacity to what you like.

    See attached (hopefully) one untouched and the other with a black background but at 40% opacity.

    Gimp is a free tool to use. Look some Youtube tutorials if you get stuck

    You can do it with css, no need for editing tools. just google blur images with CSS, you'll find all sorts of options.

    Another vote for GIMP here for any image editing required. Been using it as long as I can remember, once you pick up the basics it's really easy to use and does pretty much everything you need. All for free.

    Hey, guys! You can also try spark from adobe, it's quite useful and it has tons of customisation options, plus many templates you can use for social media
