It's a decent product, both the casino and the affiliate program. They pay on time and the affiliate manager is very helpful.

I have worked with them for a few months now and I have not been paid once on time. I have to chase my affiliate manager for payment every time. Once I was paid on the last day of the month. Im currently chasing them for last months now and have not had a reply to my emails in two days...

The affiliate manager Arfan is good to work with but the finance department seem slow. They make him look bad in my opinion. Its a pain to have to chase my payments each month.

With regards to conversions I get tons of signups each month but only a handful of depositors so the conversions are poor IMO.

Just a quick update. I have had a reply and will be paid on the last day of the month again. Sadly these payments dont reach my account until the following month.

I have decided to suspend my promotions until they sort this out. Im surprised this type of behaviour does not bother other affiliates, unless its just me they do it too?

With regards to payments, we did have some delays occurring however we do ensure our partners are paid each month. Sadly with the end of month payment run, this has meant on occasion the funds not reaching your account until the 1st of the month.

As an affiliate program/operator we appreciate honest feedback and acknowledge we learn and develop. As agreed with you, the team is looking into this to speed things up. I will update you accordingly

Arfan is a good guy to deal with and I do remember congratulating him via email recently about the birth of his new baby. He has also been helping me resolve the constantly slow payment issues with the finance department and hopefully this will be resolved in the next few days.

I am having terrible problems with getting any money out of Partnerama.

This goes back 10 months now

Previous to this set of invoices not being paid, we previously had delays getting money out of them too.

Whilst Arfan keeps telling me that 'it's with finance' and 'I'm waiting for an update' this smacks of a dodgy affiliate not paying and simply making excuses not to pay. Slow or non-payment seems to be their modus operandi.

I don't blame Arfan, he seems to have his hands tied (and I may even be being taken for a mug by Arfan by believing him, I simply don't know) but whoever is to blame, this is totally unacceptable.

Waiting for such a long time and not saying anything, I feel it is my professional duty now to warn other affiliates not to promote or get involved with these people.

This is the reason why few established and trust worthy programs take away 90% of the traffic over time. The ones that don't pay affiliates or short change them eventually die off.

Sorry to hear about your issues with Partnerama and the fact it has dragged on for so long. I hope you are able to resolve this soon and get what is owed to you. Would you not consider legal action? Take them to a small claims court then you will be able to put a debt recovery company on to them if you win.

I only recently started to promote them again and so far everything has been okay. The payments are slow and are usually made on the last day of the month so it does not show in my account until the following month but Arfan has always been helpful and easy to deal with. Like you said he does seem to have his hands tied, hopefully this is something they will look into improving especially if they want to continue to grow.
