    Default Payment Concern/ Stiff Job

Excellent, I'm glad You finally paid to be a GPWA Sponsor, Now that I have You on the hot seat I have sent You a PM asking where my $37,500 that's been owed for well over 2 years.

AS A REPUTABLE MEMBER AT GPWA, CAP, AND PAL CHECK MY ITRADER TAKE IT FROM ME YOU ARE VERY VULNERABLE IN THIS BUSINESS I GOT TOOK FROM BODOG IN WHICH THEY PROBABLY USED TO PAY GPWA AND/OR ANOTHER WEBSITE..

STEALING FROM PAUL TO PAY PETER SUCKS ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PAUL.. I HAVE GAVE HIM MONTHS TO COME UP WITH REASONS, FIRST IT WAS "THEY LOST THE INFO IN THERE EMAIL SYSTEMS, 2ND TO WHAT EMAILS DO YOU HAVE ETC... 3RD WAS MY SITES ARE NO LONGER IN THERE "APPROVED ZONE" AND DECIDED TO FLAT OUT STEAL MY PLAYERS SENT THERE TO THE 4TH WHICH IS NOT RESPONDING TO ANYTHING.

I HAVE DECIDED AFTER CONSIDERATION SIMPLY GETTING THE LONG DISTANCE PHONE CHARGES AND THE TIME I SPENT ON THIS COMPENSATED I WOULD CONSIDER THE REST A HUGE LOSS AND WOULD MOVE FORWARD. NOTHING, NADA ZILCH

AK - I'll need some more information about your individual account before I make any comments. I've sent a PM.

    Cheers,
    Richard

I've moved the two above posts out of a thread on a different topic in order to allow both discussions to be given the full attention they deserve. The original thread is available at https://www.gpwa.org/forum/bodog-com-live-181544.html.

AK, can you double check on the PM you mentioned? I haven't gotten anything. I spoke with Michael as well and he hasn't gotten anything.

AK - I've been able to gather all reports and stats that BetCorp (BetWWTS) provided us at the time of the merger. I'm crossing that with the information that you sent in your PM and expect to send you a PM with an update of my findings later today or early tomorrow.

Turning sour once again or it would sure appear!... * I could be wrong time will tell"]

BUT Richard has been a great lad and put a bunch of time into this and I feel it will be resolved!

-We reviewed your account and since it was determined that it did not qualify for our program, we did not create a Bodog affiliate account for you, and you were subject to the 30 days notice before your accounts was shut down.
-As per the BetWWTS Terms and Conditions, any account could be closed with 30 days notice.

    AK,

I'll leave specifics of our discussion out of the public forum, but will address a couple points. As I noted in the PM, the decision to close any affiliate account was based on our standard guidelines that we apply to all new applicants; based on the information that we had, you did not qualify at the time. With respect to the amount you claim to be owed, we can only go with the information that you've provided and as discussed we still need more details about the account in question.

    Cheers,
    Richard

I would agree with what your saying Sir, Now it's the bailout offer I was proposed for the players since my site did not qualify is still missing and in limba. Once I get moved in to this new place I will get proper stuff over to You but until then thanks for doing your best. Oh and regarding the PM I also think its in best in both parties to keep stuff off the forum from here on out with info etc. I think a simple "Has been settled" would do the trick on next post on forum.

    Thanks Again Richard.

Good luck with the Bodog resolution. I haven't heard much recently, but they were good years ago.

    Default Mansion

For some reason I can't access the link to your Mansion thread. I have some negative information about them.
