Payment problems with Rome

Hey Noah, why havent you replied to this thread regarding offyourfaces player suddendly being removed from his affiliate acct. He was owed $16K and bamn, rules seemed to have changed and some apparent other affiliate got this player.

If you ask me it seem rather convient that this would happen at the same time that you claim to have no funds to pay affiliates let alone what you guys are doing to players.

I demand you reply and do so with the intent to a settlement with this affiliate. Trust me Noah, affiliates are watching that thread and what Rome does to make ammends so hopefully you'll realize the importance of this and will act accordingly.

As regarding the payment of an affiliate, as in the first post of the two - I have said that we did pay the majority, that some have been paid only goes to show that we do intend to pay everyone and as soon as possible.

As regarding the other thread - As things stand, and I hope the affiliate will be fair enough to admit so, we have been talking to the affiliate and are close to an agreement, I don't know if its been settled yet but efforts are being made and the affiliate is not ignored by any means, we didn't comment on the thread as we are still discussing it with him and I will not offer more details about the agreement until it is at least over.

You are entitled to your opinion of course, but casino money comes from players, and it has to go through the processors, we can only go on pre-existing cash for so long without new cash coming in through the processors. Even multi-millionaire casinos I'm sure use the money coming in from players to pay affiliates.

Your solution to our problem with the processors is to stop working all together, how would we solve our problem then? What we need to do, and are doing, is find a different processor that will pay us on time, pool the money coming in and pay up. We are paying our players, we are paying most of our affiliates, some have been delayed by our problems with the processors and we are going to rectify that, you have every right not to promote us, I understand, but if you think no casino is dependent upon the processors to pay affiliates, you are mistaken. Even your multi-millionaire ones.

For a casino to leave this situation without posting only until recently shows 1 thing. You are only here because you's realize what an effect GPWA and all of us affiliates can have on a casino.

Don't give excuses, Just fix it. Then it will be up to us if we promote you or not.

As for the other affiliate that had a player taken away from them, Pay both affiliates it was your guys stuff up not there's.

We have several casino sites and were planning on promoting you guys.

Even with the existing problems of processors, we can expect this to be fully rectified soon.

But when it comes to paying these both affiliates, i can only say we will do business with you guys if you pay the affiliate the full amount that he deserves..

When i hear an agreement is being worked out, i can only assume this means not to his benefit.

What i am trying to get it is anything less then the 16K is unacceptable in our eyes.

Please do what is right.... were sure you will fix your processor issue, but please fix this affiliate.

Thank you for the interest and for being clear and honest.

Although I'm not going to get into the specifics of the proposed agreement, I can say it is not to the detriment of either affiliate, I hope to soon be able to tell you its been resolved, I will check today on the progress and update you all the moment I know more. I can assure you we are doing our utmost to get this settled, and settled right.

Noah, I am the affiliate in the other issue. I am not sure where you are getting your info from, but I have not heard a word from Gabriel since the 12th and I have sent 2 emails. Please pass this on to someone and let them know this. Also, might want to make sure of something like this before saying it is in the works. No communication whatsoever from your guys end.

The fact there has been no update or response from them since the 12th only strengthens affiliates resolve to not promote them and is only adding to the damage they are creating for themselves!

Just based on this and the other thread I wouldn't touch a Top Game casino at all. I just have no sense of trust towards them.

Hope you get what is owed to you but I suspect they will screw you and I won't be surprized to see them fail altogether. I can't see how any respectable affiliate would direct traffic to them at this point.

Just received a great news from Josh C, seems a misunderstanding occurred with Rome Partners and we will get pay by latest the 10th of September. We are actually happy of this outcome as Rome been converting very well so far in the US, will keep you guys posted as soon as payment has been received.

First, we have not been avoiding this forum, ...........

I know, we could and probably should have come forth with this information before, but we didn’t want to present a problem without a solution. The reason I’m here now (and will continue to respond) is that we have had enough of this situation.


That is why we have contracted a new set of processors, these processors are faster, pay on time, and most importantly – pay all that is owed. And our first priority – Use this money to pay affiliates due.



We are in no way trying to dodge our responsibilities and debts, no sensible business would. Our most important task is paying our affiliates. I do apologize for the lack of information coming from our direction, we did not want to make it publicly known that our processors were delaying us, I’m sure that would not have sat well with any of you either. The truth is that we have been searching like crazy for a better deal, and now we’ve found it. We are collecting the money coming through these processors and will use almost every cent to pay affiliates. And so I say – In a couple of weeks we will pay the amounts owed. I'd just like to add that the vast majority of our affiliates have been paid, and it is a small percentage that has been delayed, that is not an excuse of course, and this situation is the most important issue for us.




I know this response will be taken as a delay tactic, and I suppose that if I were in your shoes I’d have a hard time accepting this as well. But it is true – we did not mean to forget anyone or to deny payment, we have all the lists and everything accounted, we have not forgotten any debt, any affiliate, any delay, and will do our utmost to use the money coming in from the new processors to pay what is owed.

I'm very sorry I haven't responded, please accept my apologies, I've been waiting for updates and I didn't see the new posts, I usually get an email notification when one comes up. We've been getting money from the new processor, the affiliates ARE going to get paid, we are simply waiting for that money right now and its coming your way. Be a bit more patient with us, I know you've been more and more and more than enough, its on its way to you. I will have more information for you by tomorrow, I'm just waiting for more specifics and I don't want to keep writing 'its coming soon, its coming soon' over and over. Please allow us a bit more time before you start badmouthing us on all your sites, I understand why you are doing it but it is not contributing and will not get you your money faster as we're waiting for the processor money. You are totally right and I'm very sorry for my lack of response, to be honest I didn't know it continued until someone told me about all the posts, I'm sorry I'll be checking in regularly from now on, but I'll come back with more specifics.
