Payment September 2013

Hi Guys,

does anyone get the payment for September 2013 untill now?

Hey Jambo,

No payments for player activity in September at Coral have been sent out yet.

We had a problem that prevented us from generating the payments report but in the last 24hrs this seems to have been sorted out. I'm expecting to be able to run the report tomorrow and send it on to our Finance Team who can then start sending the amounts to affiliates.

As of right now, depending on the selected payment method, I'm expecting some affiliates to receive payment on Friday and the majority to have all been paid by Wednesday next week.

Aside from any inconvenience for affiliates, which of course I apologise for, its been a big disappointment for Coral Connect that this delay occurred - over the last 9 months we've managed to achieve a significant and sustained improvement in our affiliate payment process that had brought down the time it was taking for you guys to get your money.

We'll be determined to deliver a better service on the next pay run

Don't worry Ant, does bother me. To me a late payment is a payment that doesn't come through in the month it's supposed to, so you're still on time for me

these things happen sometimes so I wouldnt let it tear you up

Thanks for the comment; just that you never know which affiliates are really waiting on that money to arrive and are counting on you get it all done smoothly
