Amazing, I tend to wonder if it's a bit of a conflict of interest but congrats to all involved.

Income Access has been a conflict of interest for years. This adds to it obviously.

Ugh, don't see any advantages of this for affiliates.

And, Paysafe is part of the Skrill group who also acquired Neteller. It's certainly a bit of a dilemma for us, because we refused to work with Skrill for six years now.

Any new advertising/promotion we accept will simply be ''paid in advance'' from now on. With this and all the reneging going on, it's becoming a difficult business!

Wasn't it Neteller that acquired skrill?

That's the worse news of the day by far.
The payment process is also in charge of monitoring your commissions through various brands.
Then the brand will payout via Neteller or Skrill and you will still be charged when cashing out your commissions from one of these e-wallets to your bank account. Enough said.
I don't see it as a good news and I already don't like the smell of what might happen in the next few months

Yes, but it makes no significant role for the affiliate program neteller & Skrill because of low commission

Agree and for me it is also a bad decision from Paysafe to aquire IA, one of the worst and customer unfriendly affiliate programs next to Mexos.
    (my personal impression and opinion)

I think they are both acquired by Paysafe. Neteller is the first one to be acquired by Paysafe then Paysafe bought Skrill. Both of them are good to use but since they belong to Paysafe.

I d be interested to know what is your opinion on what this will actually mean for affiliate programs that run on their affiliate software .. I ve heard few rumours .. but what s your take on this ? How does the paysafe acquisition effects them, if it does ? Does paysafe have an interest of keeping this part of the technology ... I m still not decided what to think !

    Wait a minute....

IF in fact Neteller/Skrill are the only forms of payments they will offer affiliates, and since affiliates that reside in the United States can NOT use Neteller/Skrill for gambling payments, they effective lose ALL US Affiliates.

This needs to be clarified quickly.

Income Access (irrespective of who owns then) just provides the affiliate software in most cases. It is the operator who decides the payment methods.

Yes, and my guess is that is how it would stay....for a while, but I also wonder if at some point they try to force the hand of operators.

I am guessing they may start with giving preferential treatment to those operators that choose Skrill/Neteller as their preferred method or only method, or they might offer financial incentives.

I still question their motives to a degree, since they must have something up their sleeve.

Not to mention cross-promotion of all their services to their respective customers.

Promoting their other products to operators would make sense, but I would hope they would not be considering using player databases in order to promote products to them.

I would think all operators would NOT want any player databases shared outside of their own companies.

I just saw at one IA merchant footer, that they are part of paysafe. This is really horrible. It is even worse, when one realizes that it is the same company that gives away any data to anybody.

Something is wrong when so bad companies can grow, seize niches and merge. This is like a cancer.
