About LinkBacksHi all, just wanted to let you know that following the weekends lack of reporting we are currently testing a rollback of AffiliateEdge to correct the weekend stats.
The reason for the broken reporting from the weekend was down to RTG's server time service which failed late on friday and was fixed again early monday morning.
If all goes well in our testing area we'll roll this out live and access to AE will be down for a reasonable amount of time until its completed. Nothing has been lost so no need to worry about stats, tracking, commissions etc.
I'm off work today but will try update you when I can.

Hi all, just letting you know that this didnt happen yesterday due to issues with our testing environment. However well keep trying and update you of any changes.
Again, no tracking will be affected by any of this and we'll hopefully unbundle the stats from last weekend as a result.

Yep don't worry about that. It's being worked on. Clicks and Sign Ups definately were affected but it's all retrievable, just a case of rewiring it correctly. I believe Signups are sorted now though. Originally Posted by lots0
