Has anyone else had this situation where you were told that the player will be monitored manually by Bodog and if there is a win/loss it will be added to the account?
It happened to me as well; one players has been removed from the stats, although for different reason.
The reply was;

"1 players has been disabled due to unverifiable information… the player needs to contact costumer service to get the account re-enabled."
