Please help with islabonita

Islabonita Casino is at it again with their fancy foot work and although I am pretty well finished with them I would really like to recieve my last payment.

I have emailed them numerious times and they continue to state that the amount shown ( in this picture http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/9885/islaug3.jpg ) is money remaining in customer accounts.

However, this amount has remained the same ( $107 ) for three months and when a month ends the number shown in this picture is always paid to me.

For the lst 3 months , Isla Bonita casino has not sent me the payment and continues to claim its not money owed to me but rather amoounts left in the casino account. This account does not have mnay players on it like my other affiliate tag from them and i cant imagine that much staying in a customers account for 3 months.

Never before have they ever claimed that this amount was not owing when it came around to paying up. if ( the image ) the amount shown there is not what i have earned then what is? I cant even check previous months before july because they have a script error that they refuse to fix on their earnings page.

in addition to this, all affiliate links that should be going to islabonita casino are going to their affiiate program. They have not fixed this in 4 days. They wrote me suggesting that I had used a link to their affiliate program by accident. Funny because the link worked fine for over a year.

With my other affiliate account at ISlabonita casino, I have sent them aprox 20 new players ( who deposit ) a month and they will not give me the 55% commision as they claim on their http://adv.laislabonitacasino.com/index.php affiliate website. They continue to keep me at 30% and ignore all emails regrding the question. they also always ignore when I ask for a negative balance be zeroed out.

Is there anything I can do to stop them from offering poor service like this? I really dont know what to do.
