Question Please help me test a link

    Hi,

Couldn't find a forum for this, so I am trying here. Would anyone help me test this link:

    http://www.pay-fair.com/slotsoffortunetwo

I am being told that it redirect to a blank page with nothing on at all. When I click it I am directed to Slots Of Fortune...

Do you see a blank page as well? And if other sees a blank page, does anyone know of any Pretty Link problems like this? Perhaps I am using some wrong settings?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Peter

    Hi Peter

I just clicked on your link and I see a blank page too.

The url you are using does not have a file extension on it you could try adding one, if it is a php redirect page I believe you will need the page to end .php even if you have made it an index page in a folder you would still need it to end with a forward slash (I think). It might be that simple to fix.

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for your time and help. But I use wordpress with the plugin Pretty Link installed, and it should work with a link looking like that. Also, I does work when I test it my self both in IE and Firefox. That's why I don't understand it...

    Regards,

    Peter

Just a thought, maybe it has something to do with the number in the link.

    I have changed it to:

    http://www.pay-fair.com/slotsoffortunetwo

Does this still directs to a blank page?

    Thanks!

I am getting the blank page also. You mentioned you are using pretty link plug in, are you certain the link you have associated with that url is valid? I tried a few more of your links (BetUS) and had the same issue. Perhaps you could try re-installing the plug in or double check the settings in it. I have not used that plug in so can't help too much there.

I tried it on IE 7 on XP, IE8 on Windows 7 as well as FF and Opera on Win 7 and all returned a blank page. Source code was blank as well.

    In the South Eastern US.

I restored some of the database and now it should be working again.

Aarrgh.. Hate to waste so much time on this, but now it should be all fixed.

Thank you all very much for testing!

It worked on IE8, FF and Opera on Windows 7.

I hadn't tried on XP but you have likely fixed it for all browsers.
