Poker Plex CHEATERS
First of all I want to say a Happy New Year to everybody!
Now I want to talk about a probblem regarding PokerPlex!
On 26 december I won theyre monthly depositors freeroll Rolex Freeroll, who have a prize for the first place a Rolex watch and 3000$ adeed to shared to rest of the players who came ITM(2-9)!
Wonderfull till now I was so excited, that was for me a nice Christmas gift,my best result in 2008!
But wasnt like that,after all!
After waiting 2-3 days for a confirmation email to confirm my email adress finaly I send to PokerPlex an email and I asked them to told me what happens...
Suprise they dont answere to my email, poor support team, after~ 1 week finaly I could talk to the online support and what I heard was terrible for me...
They say to me was an error regarding the tourney, was scheduled incorectly, and I need to wait for a response to an email that they give to Playtech..and they told me I will receive a compensation ... Ok i say,I will wait.....
After that another week without an answere!
Until today finaly somedoby from PokerPlex reply to my email, one guy called Scott, he wrote in the email:
I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have now heard back from Playtech and as this Tournament was a non advertised or scheduled tournament it was not valid and no payments should have been made. Any players that did not withdraw funds won from this Tournament have already had them removed and no further payments are due. Procedures have now been put in place to prevent invalid tournaments running.
However as a good will gesture I have credited your account with 200 EUR and wish you the best of luck in our future Rolex Freerolls.
Incredible,I should pay with my prize for theyre mistake!Incredible one more time!
and one more time after an email from me
This is not a joke and we are not treating it as one. As an invalid Tournament it had no monetary value at all. As I stated in my previous email any funds that players were awarded from the Tournament were also removed.
If your Bank made a credit to your account in error you wouldn’t and couldn’t expect them to give you this money just because they had made an error. Like wise, even though Playtech posted this Tournament on the wrong date we are not liable for any invalid winnings. You would have know from the number of entrants and all of the Promotional material that this was not the correct date and that any winnings would also be invalid.
We have given you a credit that we think is fair for your inconvenience considering there is no obligation to give anything''
This reply is again incredible,I can believe they say that..no obligation to give anything.... I can believe

They treat me like a stupid, like is my fault for theyre mistake,I dont care if was PokerPlex fault,Ipoker fault,Playtech fault or anybody else I should receive my prize because I won the tourney fair playing and competiting with another 71 players not playing alone or with st outs...
If the tourney was incorectly scheduled the tourney must be removed until he starts, but the tourney wasnt removed so they must pay for theyre mistake now
But they dont understand and they think I'm a stupid, they should pay me with the real value of the watch or to give me the Rolex watch not this kind of joke 200 euro...
What should I do??? Things must change,I dont give it up ,because I deserve to receive my prize,is fair to receive my prize
Give me an advice guys!
If anybody want a screenshot I will post
PS : Sorry if my english is not so good

Its not that we are not interested. We are all certainly interested mate. Just try and understand in this thread i alone have seen many posts from new players who only come here to call poker sites cheaters. After a few days they leave after 2 3 posts..
So maybe this is why you do not get a reply so fast.
I am sorry you had to go through that issue with Poker Plex. Its unfortunate really. I don't know what to say about it really.
I have seen other things similar where a tournament was set up in error, and when completed the money was removed.
I don't know who is liable or if anyone is liable. Did you have to buy in for this event? as there a cost?? Or was it a freeroll???
If you explain the promotion, show some information on it via a website that shows information on it with some terms and conditions we can see it.
There was obviously an error, so maybe contact the operator, and or Playtec themselves. Contact them and ask about it.
If Poker Plex was indeed not help liable, ask for written terms of this, as i think there should always be a clause in terms to discribe this kind of issue.
If in fact they are not liable, then i think what they did was fair. If they are liable and no terms express this, then you have go above.
We can give you our ideas and support, but that's about it!! We cant get you your prize.
I wish you the best of luck mate.
Steve

,,I have seen other things similar where a tournament was set up in error, and when completed the money was removed. ,,
No was cancelled after 2 weeks!some of the players in the money managed to cash out....This is a big error... was an erro why this wasnt do it much faster???Someone can tell me???
And also I can trust in them ,when they say we removed the cash..I really can believe that....
''I don't know who is liable or if anyone is liable. Did you have to buy in for this event? as there a cost?? Or was it a freeroll???''
Was a freeroll but ONLY for depositors,so if a player doesnt have a deposit dont play...
''If you explain the promotion, show some information on it via a website that shows information on it with some terms and conditions we can see it.''
Every month starting from september last year they make this monthly tourney, winnger ,,gets'' a Rolex and also the rest of the players in the money share 3000$
''There was obviously an error, so maybe contact the operator, and or Playtec themselves. Contact them and ask about it.''
I contacted Poker Plex many times but the support team is incredible rude ,dont ever get a response from there!
Also I contacted Playtech but I'm still waiting for a response...
But I think I will never get a positive answere neither from PokerPlex or Playtech ,they dont have 5k to pay me.. and they working together on this to beat me... and I have no chances against them
Who cares??
I'm a small affiliate I can play against these cheaters
