Poker Royale warning
I received a spam email from these guys (again) and decided to take a look at their T & C's....
These are the conditions I found were most offensive and possibly predatory:
Poker Royale
player T & C's
Predatory terms:

PokerRoyaleOnline shall be entitled to charge an administrative fee of US$5.00 on behalf of PokerRoyaleOnline at the end of each calendar month that the Account remains Inactive and may deduct the same from his Account Balance. The administration fee will no longer be charged if the player's Account is re-activated prior to any monthly fee being deducted.
30. Any Account Holder is entitled to close his Account and terminate this Agreement at any time via email or LiveChat with PokerRoyaleOnline and PokerRoyaleOnline will respond within a reasonable time. Provided that the Account Holder shall be responsible for activity on his Account until such closure has been effected by PokerRoyaleOnline.
