    Default The Present

4 minutes but in the end I felt it was worth it. I challenge anyone to say it isn't worth the 4 minutes.

At one point I became almost angry, but don't stop the video, because by the end....well....watch and see.

side note: There are a number of versions of this up, but this is the official version that has subtitles in about 5 languages, not that they are much needed as the video tells the story well.

OMG, great short animated movie - my eyes were teary all the time, from the moment I saw that puppy doesn't have a leg (dogs are one of my weakest points). Then I was angry on boy's behaviour and because that little incomplete creature shows more desire for life and play than that boy stuck with video games, wasting time and childhood like the most kids (and even people) nowadays.
But the end is really amazing! Make you remember that you're really not allowed to judge things at first or from one angle..or even not at all.
Video is really encouraging and I have to share it on my Facebook. Thanks universal

    Yes,

I read some of the comments on the various youtube pages where the movie is posted, and surely overall the most stated comments were that it brought tears to many eyes of those that watched it completely.

Correct though that I think there are a few lessons in this movie, and remembering not to prejudge others is one that is very powerful indeed.

I was really moved by this film.

Love it. It's nice to see someone's skepticism of the world be changed by something nice.

In general, those who create similar videos are great fellows! And in how it is realized, and the idea is seen a love of what they are doing.

A wonderful short movie, and I think that Miles_FTA is right to say that technology is killing our kids appetite for the outdoors. I know that I never war bored when I was a kid, always had something to do outside or inside, but most of today's kids become bored if the don't have TV, electronic games or their smartphone at hand... very sad
