    Default Prism - Avoid this casino!!!!

    This is a personal opinion only...

    3 emails not answered, expired promos without notification and total BS stats...

    Prism Casino is the worst casino I have dealt with as an affiliate ever.

    Check these stats:
    Number of Clickthroughs: 19
    Number of Downloaders: 8
    Number of Players: 110
    Number of New Depositors: 0

    I have posted this after several other webmasters experienced the same thing. No replies to emails and totally awry stats.

    Are they treating players the same way?

    I have busted my *ss trying to get paid by them for some time. They finally paid me - but it was nearly $100 short

    i was just browsing Hotlinks.coms forum and read players complaining about them not paying also.

    For us newbies, are they in an affiliate group (like Referback, Paymasterscasinos, etc..) or are they on their own?

    Would help since if they belong to a group I'd imagine they are all bad.

    They are related to the Virtual Casino Group but they run their program separately

    Yep, they look like they're going to be big problems. I dropped them off my sites a couple of weeks ago.

    I dropped them yesterday. They owe my more than $1000 and I haven't seen a penny yet. They are not answering my emails either.

    Don't waste your time and money with these people !!!

    I reported I got paid... well I had a Western Union tracking number so I assumed I had.... That was a daft assumption as far as Prism are concerned :shake: I went to get my payment and apparently it has been sent to the States - a problem as I live in the UK. They charged me $45 for the money to be sent to the wrong place. I am sick and tired of being screwed by this bunch of incompetent idiots and they are coming off my sites :

    hi all!
    I am just making first post now, still learning what areas I can pot in and what not, seems so far most I cannot get into...
    I am with refer back, still doing my website, and am basically totally NEW to the casino world for webmasters..I am already wondering if I signed on wrong one?
    what is a good one that can be trusted??
    in reply to 2 posts that i could read in another subject....I also wrote to refer net before signing on...and they DID reply to me...mainly i wanted to know if i could earn from myself if i downloaded one of my own casinos...they said yes...so i signed on...

    Default Prism Affiliate Needs Change

    My name is Kevin Carpenter, I am the new manager for the Prism Affiliate program (now at prismaffiliate.com). This is my first month with Prism since the management change on the affiliate program.

    I understand especially from all your comments, and those of the webmasters of this board that we here at Prism Affiliate have an up hill battle from the damage that has already been done by my predecessors. But we will climb the hill.

    I am sure that you have all experieneced several hardships - I wish to correct and change that. As a new manager and not totally familiar with all of your accounts, or your accounts here to your email addresses I won't dare try to comment on any of your individual instances without more research and via email.

    So lets start by having each of you please send me an email with your current account name and affID and the problem you have exerpienced to kevin@prismaffiliate.com and I will work each problem through. If you have not recieved legitimate payment in the past it will be rectified.

    In closing - everything you have all expressed, the owners have also been concerened with and they have made changes. First by changing the management. So please drop us your notes and let me work them through. Once that is done - by all means post your responses.

    As for the Virtual / Prism claim - its false. The only common piece is the fact that we both use the RTG Software. Prism owners have chosen this backend because it gives the players a longer play time - which makes for longer lasting customers who deposit more over the long term.

    I know their are other concerns that were expressed (such as players/downloaders etc) and I will answer those more this week. For the moment let me close with this message here.

    I look forward to working with you all more and working to give Prism Affiliate the best name in the business.

    Hi Kevin,
    Please accept my apologies for not getting back to you. I fully intended to, but kept getting sidetracked.

    Our issues with Prism range from tracking, to non-payment, and to non-reponses to emails. I even wrote Amit back in Jan/Feb and told him if he could guarantee that we'd get responsive action from them, I'd put him back on my site. Guess what? He never responded. :rof: :rof:

    I can sincerely appreciate the position you're in, and if you can turn it around I'm sure you'll get affiliates working with you again - it's happened with some other casinos here.

    Hello Kevin,

    You're a brave man indeed, and I'll give you some credit for that!!

    I, myself have been burned as a player and as an affiliate by Prism. You'll have a hard sell, since the mistrust is so entrenched, not only against Prism itself, but against most RTG casinos.

    Pay your players in a timely manner, your affiliates as well, good customer service, and word will slowly get around that things may have changed at Prism.

    You know you'll be watched very closely, and any mis-step will set you back in your efforts.

    I hope your good intentions have not gone away, but it has been 5 weeks since you wrote me to say that the money owning would be sent right away.....and my recent emails have not been responded to.

    Can we still expect positive changes at Prism Casino?

    I've been paid twice now on time which is more than I can say for all the time Anish was manager :LOL: Things do seem to be looking up.

    Marc have you contacted Kevin directly, he always gets back to me very quickly - I have found general mails to support sometimes do go missing. I hope you manage to get things sorted
