There has every reason to bring up ezboard and the past as people are very quick to do this about me. So it has everything to do with the situation.

They are the ones that brought up ezboard as this is where most are complaining about me from. I suggest you read through all the entire posts that have been about us. If someone try's to discredit me I have every right to challenge them.

P4 i am struggling to work you out, you appear at times to be a sensible decent chap then suddenly fire offf in a completely different direction.

A few days ago there was the thread with Jaxon, you were ballistic and fighting people all over, flaming etc etc then:

Are you going to defend every misdemeanor until it is proven and then back down?

You never replied to anything i said the other night so i read from this that i am not important:

Thats fine though, i dont mind, or was it becuase i was not flaming you and being empathatic as well as pointing things out? Was i less of a threat to your reputation?

You repeatedly said you were not coming back, but did so, i now take whatever you say with a pinch of salt.

You now say you are going to be a regular sight on here. Why now? Why not before?

People make claims i signup mutiple usernames at sites, In the past yes I have. BIG DEAL you all have done it.

It is very easy to post something stating he is a criminal, yet the nature of everything was minor, Yes slip ups were made and I am still making some of them. No one is perfect. And I am by far no where near like people are making me out to be.

I personally think you need to get your act together.

Stand back, step back and look where you have gone wrong M8, sort your faults out dont react so much before you have engaged your brain!

There is no smoke without fire and it seems that smoke is bellowing from every chink in your armour.

When you can quietly sit down and sort your own short falls out you may be in a position to answer most of your critics, until then flamin others will only put you in a less fortunate position.

Like someone else mentioned, the last thread that you actively participated in ended up being filled with many personal attacks (a few by you and a few leveled at you) and this was more than un-necssary. In fact it was clearly defined as against what we stand for.

Now instead of actively persuing becoming an active member of the forum here, you start another thread that appears to be headed in thew same direction.

You p4k brought a feud that was going on at another board here, attempted to discredit a member here, and in your defense mentioned a different board.

Instead of using the GPWA as simply a place to start mini-wars against others, we welcome you to be an ACTIVE participant in the many threads and discussions about the industry that you are clearly passionate about. (Please understand there are THOUSANDS of other members here that are just as passionate as you)

I am not immediately discrediting the fact that you may or may not have a bone to pick with a member here, many of us just do not feel that you have exhausted other forms of working out the issue before the type of public flogging you have started.

Unwarranted attacks wont be tolerated on here so if you want to post on a subject and someone comes into that thread and attacks you about another topic etc it will be stopped.

You will be able to participate on GPWA without fear of abuse etc, but this sort of post just invites.

You may well ahve a gripe but like Universal4 said this is not the way to air it.

I defend your right to disagree with me and have your own opinion.

If you post a thought or idea or opinion here, you can be SURE some others will disagree, and I will also defend THEIR right to disagree with you.

BUT....if they personally attack you for that opinion, then I will interject and react, and if necessary so will other mods or the GPWA admins when necessary because that is what this forum as well as the GIA and a few other Industry Forums are for.

I strongly encourage you to dig in a become involved here.

I am sorry for dis-crediting this member regarding a post he made on another site, but in saying that he does need to get his facts straight first. That is why i challenged the creditability. Some of his claims were correct but only half true.

Some of them, Were not true at all.

Anyway, I would like to be involved here and will abide by GPWA rules.

PK4, I'm glad betpartners appears to have been able to help steer you in the right direction on that front. I can certainly understand the frustration one would feel from not being able to respond.

That was the crux of the thread that erupted the other day and in all fairness to PK4 an agreement has been made.

To PK4, i echo what a few others have said in the last few posts.

I would like to see you here more often, getting involved, making observations, working with people and having the craic too.

We are generally a fair bunch here, can be a bit protective of our own when it is due, however, we all have the same aim. We all want a level playing field, honesty and integrity.

The last few days must have been a nightmare here for you but i do hope that you will have gained something from the experience. Even if it is conclusive proof that going off the rails in a thread and being nasty just dont work.

You appear to have been fighting fires with fires, did not anyone tell you the best way to put out a fire is to starve it of oxygen?

For me you are very welcome here, just be honest, be nice and aim to solve any issues you have previously with dignity and you will be welcomed by all too, i am sure.

Oh my. I've just read through both of the threads here surrounding P4KGaming and it's incredible to me that this sort of thing still happens in this business.

I can't wrap my head around the fact that there had to be any sort of 'negotiation' to refund money that was clearly owed to Jetset (due to failure to perform). It's bizarre to me.

Further, with so many issues in P4K's history, I find it difficult to understand how it is everyone else's fault. So many decent people have been dragged through the mud in these threads, but the only constant I see points back to P4K. P4K--you can only play the 'victim' for so long.

I suggest at this point that everyone just move on from this ugly interruption, and Jaxson, please let us know at the end of August whether Mr. Jackson has refunded your money.

I think you may have misunderstood what I was saying. I'm going into my tenth year of working in this industry--I'm certainly no noob.

Perhaps I should have articulated a bit better. I know the great sides of this biz and I know the shady side. It's just a shame that we still have to put up with so much of the shady side.

An agreement has been reached between Jet Set Marketing and P4K in which the outstanding balance will be paid within the next 3 months with Oct 30 being the deadline.

hmmm.

I have to comment after reading the CM thread (or most of it) that if there is an after life ... I would NOT want to be someone who had to answer for charity theft.

That being ... you tell a sad story and get money people had given as an intention to help someone who they were led to believe was deserving of such gifts.

Because by taking money under such circumstance you're the same as stealing bread meant for starving children etc etc.

I've got a lot to answer for and my only saving grace .. so to speak ... will be that i didn't steal that which would otherwise have went to help desperate children and families.

And as was mentioned .... sleeping at night (how i felt about myself) ... wouldn't be anything near peaceful.

Its okay to be onery. Its okay to play in the shade. In either case however ... nobody is directly hurt by your actions. Accepting undeserved charity falls far beyond either of those lines.

All that said .. its never too late to change. Its just a b#tch having to deal with skeletons from your past always coming back to haunt you but if you do start doing right then facing down those skeletons turns out to be quite an easy task.

You just say "live in the present" ... and every present day I am proving I have changed.
