Problem with Inetbet false advertising
Just thought i would put this out there as i have raised the issue with Inetbet yet they have not removed the Coupon Code from there website.
Yesterday i claimed a coupon code: G46BP for reaql series slots and made a deposit of $20 I played for a very long time on the Aladdins Slots in the Real Series group. I feel i met the wagering requirement to withdraw then went to the cashier to see if the wagering requirement had dropped but it hadn't. So i then went onto Video poker and played a few hands to see if that would drop the requirement again, but it didnt.
I then moved onto the 3 line slots and started to play and noticed the wagering requirement now started to drop, so i played the 3 line slots until i cleared the wagering requirement of the bonus.
I made a withdrawal request for $132 and was emailed back from the casino stating because i had played other games the coupon and winnings were null and void.
They also told me it was for the 3 line slots only yet there website states clearly it was a real series slots bonus code.
Here are two screenshots of the coupon on their website.
I strongly feel they should honor this withdrawal considering it is an error that is printed on their website. If it was meant for only the 3 line slots they should not have displayed it was ok to use on the real series slot. The video Poker was only played for a very short time as i was trying to figure out why my wagering requirement amount was not dropping. Any opinions would be great and i will update this thread should inetbet choose to resolve this issue.
This screenshot was taken at the time of withdrawing

This second screenshot is of Inetbets website 10 minutes ok showing they still have not corrected the coupon advertisement error

15 Minutes after my post here they have now corrected their website. But i strongly feel they should honor the withdrawal. It was false advertising on Inetbet part, even if it was a typo error it was their error not mine.

Just an update
After a day of emailing back and forth to inetbet. I have just been told by James in customer service to quit e-mailing them and they have forwarded my excuses to accounts for their decision on the matter. INETBET, i was only emailing because i was not getting a response from you answering the questions i had asked.
I came to your website, claimed what i believed to be a real series slot bonus code played 90% of Game play on that slot to realize the requirement amount was not dropping. I then placed a few bets on video poker to see if that moved the requirement it didnt then went to 3 line slots. That is when i realized the wager requirement started to move and that is where i stayed until the requirement of withdrawal was met and that was to wager $525 in bets.
90% of my winnings was made on real series slots and that is where you advertised the coupon was for. Its not my fault you mis-lead me with a promo code and i was merely trying video poker to see if that moved the requirement figures in which it didn't at that point i then moved to 3 line slots.
Now to be told by James this is an excuse, is totally rude and unprofessional. Regardless of how many times i have emailed you. Now that you have stated to me it will be sorted this morning and accounts will email me thats fine. Sorted in my favor or not i wont be depositing at your casino ever again based on your response James!
