    and here is the email:

    Dear Melinna:

Since our last email communication where we advised any funds in your QuickTender account could still be used to purchase at QuickTender accepting sites we had been working hard to reinstate our withdrawal facility and ensuring your funds where safe and secure.

However, further developments specifically relating to our main bank processing company have resulted in our accounts being frozen subject to a seizure order giving us no ability to make payments in any currency.

In light of these developments we have had no option but to discontinue the Quicktender service with immediate effect and for the foreseeable future.

At this time we are unable to confirm when or if we could make payments of remaining balances.

We will keep you advised of future relevant developments.

I have gotten no emails - anyone else gotten anything? ( I see someone has above)

A few days back they said our funds were safe - now they pack in and run? WTF?

Wow Just fantastic.....I feel really bad for you guys who had monthly payments in there. I only lost 100.00 and yes I'm saying lost. Guess the US is once agin screwed unless affiliate sites can send a wire.

I haven't gotten any ermails but the site was up yesterday and closed today WOW!!!!! Probaly will take them sometime to get organized and to compose an email.

Now figure out which aff sites can send a wire to a US Bank and chnge all the fricken info at all affiliate sites again...

    Or just quit!!!!?

Ecocard owns QT, and should ultimately be responsible for reimbursing those balances.

If they intended on paying up they could have done a lot better job creating a webpage ... what they have up really doesn't provide much confidence. Still no email here either ...

If your using Neteller, you should keep the funds empty just in case the same thing happens. What a nightmare at the moment.

Neteller won't be affected. They pulled out of the US market back in 2007.

Only (haha,, "only") dropped a month of pay from several programs. I flushed it every month in the instance of a shutdown. Still sucks... kiss the cash goodbye.

With QT no longer being a pay option for US Affiliates what happens to earnings not yet paid?
What is the possibility that affiate programs cut out affiates in the US due to all this crap and the difficulty in finding a way to pay.

I thought EcoCard created QT for their USA facing operations as well ... today I contacted them via their online contact form to see if they could provide me with additional info regarding whats going on with QuickTender. Here is what I got back >

Thank you for contacting the EcoCard Support Team!

Please be informed that EcoCard and QuickTender are not related.

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.

Oh Lord! You have got to be kidding me. lol Google search

I guess they may not be related today, but it seems that they were related last month.

There is ton of information showing that they are related. Here is just one of them:

QuickTender (EcoCard) Deposits Accepted Poker & Casino Sites

Which are the top sites that accept Quicktender (EcoCard) for depositing

EcoCard is an online e-wallet company that accepts US players and provides you with the ability to deposit to an online casino or poker site accepting EcoCard transactions. This method is open to Canadians, European and American players however, US players will need to use QuickTender. QuickTender is a sister site to EcoCard and offers the same services under the same parent company.

A few benefits to using EcoCard/QuickTender poker sites is the ability to deposit and withdraw instantly. As long as you have funds in your e-wallet account, you can deposit to any of the poker rooms or casinos listed below instantly.

    I found this as well:

PSI-Pay Ltd. a UK-based company (Company Registration Number: 05899168 ) will shortly be responsible for operating and managing the EcoCard brand, accounts and products. PSI-Pay Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the United Kingdom as an Electronic Money Issuer (FSA Reference Number: 481195).

For what it's worth, I never thought Eco and QT were related. I was under the impression that Use My Wallet and QT were related, but I don't think it matters at this point anyway! lol

The only reason it would matter to me is if I had money in EcoCard and they were related to QT.

If Eco is still taking money from folks then I'm sure it will matter to a bunch of folks if the two are related.

Yes, I reckon they were just towing the company line possibly assuming I already didnt have information on the contrary ...

Prior to QT, I used EcoCard - when they pulled out of the US, a program contacted me and said they were creating QT for US operations - at that time I believe you actually had to be invited into QT or maybe I totally forget and am just making things up as I go.... yah uh huh.

They are in fact more than related - Ecocard parented QT when they pulled out of US transactions.

In fact, at the beginning, YOU COULD TRANSFER BALANCES BETWEEN QT AND ECOCARD. I did this myself, but they subsequently changed this policy. I had a balance in Ecocard, and rather than go through with separate withdrawals, I made a transfer and withdrew the entire bal from QT.

Believe me, if I had a bal in QT, I'd go straight to Ecocard and demand they reimbure me for my losses.
