Not received any but had to send some payments using it. Easy process to sign up, had to send in some docs but has been smooth since then

Actually they have just approved my business account with them. I hesitate to receive gaming affiliate payments there or not.

We use it for non GBP payments and haven’t had an issue.

They have different numbers for sepa and non-sepa payments though is the only thing you need to be aware of.

Several Networks, refuse to send in REVOLUT for us, but i use this and my feedback is AWESOME!!! especially if you travel a lot, couse they give you to cashout some amounts without fee worldwide!

My account (and not only mine) was frozen in beginning of December. Received some gambling related and some crypto related payments (Bitstamp is whitelisted there). Alltogether not more than 30k. Just got the message to proof source of funds. I have sent docs. Since then no response, in-app chat is deactivated.

They actually pay 1% cashback on everything spent out of EU.

Yes, they decativate the chat when they ask for source of funds. The sof is triggered automatically after you go over certain amounts.

The sof procedure took some time, but after I sent them some nonsense, it was activated again. I am not talking about gambling and crypto with them, it is just asking for troubles and they are fine with any response.

For small amounts it's good. I do know a feww people that have had accoutns blocked, after paperwork given unblocked.. so if your prepared to go through the KYC which is pretty much with any bank now.. use them.

Yes to both of those.

apart of weekends the exchange rates are the best possible: simply real 0% (there is like 5K limit/month for the 0%, but with metal plan that cost like 100 Eur per year, there is no limit)

so you can exchange all currencies they provide for free and on the top if you are paying by card at currency they do not provide, the fee is 0% as well (actually because of the cashback the "fee" is -1%, so you get 1% back [again not on weekends])

also you can have up to 3 physical cards, unlimited virtual cards; they try to be hipster friendly, so the cards can be uploaded to all other 3rd party services like Google pay, Garmin pay etc, so it is easy to pay with mobile phone or smart watches

they also expand, so for time being the KYC is not superstrict, but I really do not want to lose this account, so I avoid sending gambling money to them directly

Sometimes money were stuck and I had hard times to get the money back (they were not returned automatically after being stuck). I am talking about card top ups.
