OK, I'm going to try to be helpful, but I am no expert. It may well have been sent to your correct address but not show in your wallet if you have not already set up 'USDT' as a 'token' in your wallet. I used metamask. In it, when you create an account it gives you the ether address you will have given to RN. However you do need to set up / maybe 'import' the USDT token. Once you have done that, it will show against your address like this: ETH - zero balance and USDT - zero balance. I think if you never set up the USDT token in a similar way to that then it may not show in your wallet. Hopefully if you now add the token (after they have sent it) it will show your USDT, but I have never done it that way around. Also, you can see if RN sent the USDT token to the address you provided to them by using 'etherscan' and looking to see what arrived under 'tokens'. If you see the USDT there then RN did nothing wrong. It is probably just adding the USDT in your wallet that needs to be done. Maybe someone else can be of more help to you, a bit the blind leading the blind here, but that's the process I went through and it all worked fine for me.
alternatively just put the address here https://etherscan.io/ and click on erc-20 tokens and there you can see if the USDT arrived

All I can say is -- avoid Blockchain.com. SOF demands have gotten to a ridiculous point. I don't think I'm going to get them to release my last month's commission. Going elsewhere.
do many people still use crypto in casinos? i heard it was only like 5-10% of people
I heard the forum spammers write now more short and more stupid posts than AI.
Back to topic Binance AML:
after I sent them some screens from Bovada, they never answered to me whether I passed thru or not. But account is working so I guess that for now we are good there.
Also they returned all stolen transactions from my binance card. However the last one arrived today and it was a battle on their chat (where I am VIP) for 3 months. They returned originally some payments but not the last and biggest fraud.
I always went to chat, waiting for agent 5 mins. Then they said waiting time up to 5 days. Then either they apologised and said it will take even longer or the case was closed. So after many reopenings of the case, when they confused the non-returned fraud with another already returned payment for the same merchant, they finally sent me the money.
Why I am writing this all. It is an experience. Yes, it is not smooth, but at least Binance is not fraud. You can see that they are working in the robotic mode, but they are not fraudsters. So for me they are good to go and if you need to convert the USDT to anything or spend them directly from card, I think they are for now a good option.
Still I would prefer BTC directly from Bovada indeed.
