Roxy Affiliates, previously a no negative carryover affiliate program are now carrying over negatives for large winners
You can see the full terms alert at:
Roxy Affiliates Carry Over Negatives - High Roller Policy
This is a predatory term if applied retroactively! Beware!

I've had to read this high roller policy multiple times over 2 weeks to get it.
The foundation for this rule seems to me to be, is players winning near the end of the month with negative rollover in place, then losing it back next month.
I have wondered this myself, when I saw what looked like a punter do so in my limited stats.
I wondered if the casino were happy about it, and how often it happened.
I have'nt quite worked out yet, how it can be predatory to the affiliate. It must be quite complicated.
If you could explain why you think it's predatory KW, and link it up, it might help other aff newbies, and the media in general, one day in the future.
Cheers.

I can explain the thought process behind the possibility that this term is predatory, yes
Roxy have implemented this term and it is yet to be determined if they are going to apply that term to existing affiliates. If the term were applied to all NEW affiliates, then that is their prerogative.
However - if they are going to apply this term retroactively, then it is predatory.
If an affiliate signed up with a contract that stated 'No Negative Carryover', that is their contract. Applying negative carryover for this affiliate would be predatory as it is not the terms under which they signed up. Previous affiliates signed up for NO negative carryover. They did not sign up for this 'High Roller Policy'.
I hope that explains the thought process
The term is not predatory until we find out how Roxy is planning on putting the term into use.
