Not yet. Think I'll wait for it to come to DVD.

Movie review site "Rotten Tomatoes" is pretty good ...

Unfortunately - the critics don't like Runner Runner .. a 13% rating is pretty bad.
    http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/runner_runner/

It opens to the public on October 4th (today) ... it will be interesting to see what the audience think.

Yikes, 13% is pretty terrible. I think it'll still be interesting to see it regardless of the rating though.

I'm thinking I'll wait for the TV broadcast of it in 18 months time.

Typically, I like eye-candy for my big screen films - plenty of CGI to make the cinema experience worthwhile.
A spaceship, a dragon, or some future world effects ... otherwise I can usually wait.

    Has anyone seen GRAVITY yet?
Is it worth shelling out for the 3D view?

I'm a bit iffy about it because it's got Sandra Bullock - her nasal whine just leaves me wanting to hit the mute button ...
And the trailer has her whining all over it ... shut up girl !!!

So is GRAVITY worth a shot?

I don't need to read the Rotten Tomatoes review to know that Gravity is a myth, the earth sucks.

I didn't think it was out yet, but I'll stream it online when it comes out on DVD quality. I'm looking forward to the movie. Finally a movie about online poker.

I think we are going to see it this weekend. I haven't seen the trailer. My other half just told me what it was about and I'm keen as mustard to see it.

    Will let you know!

Runner Runner is a 5.4 on IMDB which is pretty low for their site too.

I hadn't heard of the movie before but it looks interesting, here's the trailer:

Rotten Tomatoes now at 9%. I've not seen it yet, not rushing to do so.

Funny comment. "Takes us inside the world of Internet gambling which proves every bit as fascinating as you'd imagine, by which I mean, not at all."

    **** off, we are fascinating!

I go to the cinema every week & i don't think I'll watch this.
Didn't watch the trailer but just from seeing the movie ads around the city, it looks very "soap opera" to me...

    Maybe I'm wrong...

Let me know if it's worth watching.

Still haven't gotten around to seeing it - but I do think it looks good! Heard Gravity was really good in 3D on the big screen - makes it worth it.

I considered watching this movie last night, so I could say how crap it is when I'm invited to parties. Then I remembered nobody invites me to parties, so I watched Spongebob Squarepants instead. It was funny. Spongebob wanted to play 'hide & seek' with Patrick Star, but unfortunately Patrick could not remember how to play, so he just went home and Spongebob lost the game.

    I recommend Spongebob.

I just saw it as I have an 'unlimited' cinema card, still can't claim the 90 minutes back though.

I just saw it and it made me chuckle a little bit. The way once again affiliates are misrepresented , the operators it's like a propaganda on its own. We hustle people for their money, operators hustle us through blackmail and at the end it's one big ponzi scheme.

While it might seems funny for us, for those that have no idea what this industry is about, everything seems legit.

Hopefully it stops more affiliates from entering the industry then
