Dispute regarding whether account should have been closed

Dear coleagues,

I am loyal affiliate partner of Unibet from 3 months, they paid me 1 commission of 117 euro for August, and for September I had to get 515 euro. But suddenly yesterday I received the following message: <o></o>

"Dear Affiliate,
<x_span lang="EN-GB">We are sorry to inform you that your affiliate account has not passed security checks and has now been deactivated. Unfortunately, we have strong reasons to believe that your account is associated with fraudulent activities and dubious behaviour."

They have closed my account and stoled my last commission with no explanations at all !<o></o>
I know that I am a loyal and respectful partner and for me it is obvious that they are closing my account just to not pay me the 515 euro commission!<o></o>
Their rules are written like that – when they want the just can exclude you from the partnership for factious reason and sole your commission ! Is that fair at all ?

I am contacting you to warn you what kind of company is Unibet, an how they are treating their affiliate partners.<o></o>

in relation to your earlier post, please let me direct you to the following part of the affiliate terms and conditions:

4.
g) Neither the Affiliate nor the Affiliate’s friends or relatives are eligible to become New Depositors (as defined below) and the Affiliate shall not be entitled to any share of Net Profit or any Fees (or any other remuneration from Unibet) in relation to such relatives or friends. Relatives in this context shall include (without limitation) the Affiliate’s spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

The purpose of this rule is to prevent/restrict players who are their own affiliate, or are close to the affiliate from getting cashback/rakeback on the revenue the revenue they generate - regardless of the product(s) that player maybe playing in.

Of course I know that part of your rules, but it is not related to the players I redirect to UNIBET ! I do not even know who are my customers and what bets are they making. If there is a tool which shows the clients of mine, pls point it to me. I am interested if some of my relatives of friends registered and played trough the link in my website ? Please give me the list of my clients in order to check their names and if I know even one of them - OK. The chance of that is 1000000 to 1!

Please bear in mind that I want to continue our partnership and I remain loyal to the agreement we shared.

Please proceed the last month commision of 515 euro that I have earned and I can assure you that I will be as loyal as I were during the last months.

Unibet is a big scam, Unibet will not pays you the money because you are from Bulgaria. For Unibet Bulgaria and Romania are "second-hand countries" with "second-hand people".

Today I am starting a big campaign against the cheeters of Unibet Afiiliate team ! I will post threads in every forum I administrate and I will contact every person or partner I have in order to show them what kind of company is Unibet !

I will be glad if more people read this theme and realise what scumbags are this stealers !

Could a mod please change the title of this thread to reflect the true nature of this complaint. It appears that Unibet closed the aff account for fraudulent activity. The aff disagrees (go figger) so we now have a he said/she said scenario.

While it's possible the aff is in the right, the claim of theft is far from being proven.

These types of threads are popping up regularly these days, usually by first time posters and usually with no proof to back up their claims...

The answer of Unibet doesn't tell anything. I have no friends or relatives registered via my banner ! May be I have but the chance of that is 10000000 to 1 ! My clients are from 3 cuntries may be I spread my seed all over the world Unbelivable !

I was loyal partner but they saw that they have to pay me bigger commision and the most easiest solution for them was to close my account with fictitius reasons !

Everybody can learn the lesson of my story and decide if he/she want to be a partner of lying company like UNIBET !

Well this needs resolving one way or the other

Either the affiliate is in the wrong or Unibet have are, the affiliate seems rather adamant and the rules stated by Unibet don't clear it up as to the specifics.

Maybe Unibet can be more specific or the affiliate contacts the GAU and asks them to step in.

The affiliate should not be left hanging here without resolution in some form and nor should Unibet have a cloud hanging over them.

Also Terry was right, the title and accusations should not be levelled without any proof being presented.

Unibet responded that my customers have a fraudulent activity. This was nothing in common with me as Affiliate partner but my account will remain closed.
They stated that I will receive my commision for August in the begining of November.

November is comming soon, so I will inform you for the outcome.

Lets get the chance of Unibet to prove that they are a loyal company !

Hi Tvorec,
Unibet will send you the commission for August, but you will never receive commission for that customer. When you send a customer that lose again and again a lot of money, Unibet will keep that customer, but will never pay the commissions for that customer.
Unibet stole the customers.
"Fraudulent activity" is just a story to not pay you the commission for that customer. When you ask what "fraudulent activity" Unibet answer "We can't tell you"
So Unibet is a big scam.
