    Default Score-affiliates contact?

My original Ladbrokes affiliate account was locked out by them years ago. Now when I go back, it directs to score-affiliates - which I don't see a forum for them here. I PMed Income Access a month ago with little luck. Can anyone recommend an affiliate manager there I can reach?

Hmmm. Score Affiliates support... or lack of. All my e-mails to affiliatequeries@ladbrokes.co.uk have gone ignored.

Try instead Saar Ezer on saar.ezer@ladbrokes.co.uk

You'd expect a LOT better from one of the largest betting companies around.

Yoav, please can you explain, who made the stupid decision and why to move from income access software to the worst affiliate software going that William Hill, Europartners and Winner use (william hill are getting out of it thank god)? It is crap, the worst, you can't even check basic things?

Who in Ladbrokes thought this would be a good idea? I have already expressed my views and am not prepared to send you the 100 odd customers a month that I send now once this change goes through due to the terrible software. how can this be a good move from all the hard work the affiliate team did at score?

if you want to see how to do it don't copy william hill/affunited, look how coral have done it

Oh god no, Ladbrokes going to that awful software that William Hill/Aff Utd use?? Oh no. It is quite possibly the worst piece of crap I have ever seen. This is really bad news and a massive backward step.

yes they are. What I dont get is 2 years back ladbrokes had a proper crap affiliate program, they then did the score thing after with a great affiliate team and more importantly, good software and really improved their whole model. Now they are going to that bag of ****, why Ladbrokes, why?

The last migration to that old Cpays piece of rubbish was a disaster - players were lost. They would have to be completely mad to move from income access to that.

As for why, Ladbrokes and Hills are firms that think they only know how to run betting shops. The internet scares them so they sub-contract the job. Hills are coming out the other side and have split with Playtech (at great cost to buy a part of their own company back) while Ladbrokes are just at the start of that mistaken cycle. It's table tennis all round.

I will be down to promoting just five firms the way things are going, with previously top firms going bad at a rate of knots.

well, looks like this is a sign of things to come. I spoke to Yoav yesterday and amazing he claimed that the software they are moving to is the best affiliate software going lol. Also said they would reply to this thread yesterday, and they haven't..............

feel sorry for the old team as their hard work looks like it's going straight down the bog
