Anyone else seem to get noticeably less signups with the AffUtd program than other programs? I can't help thinking the software used might be having some kind of impact? I for one would certainly not be keen to prioritise Ladbrokes if they change to this software and it's great to hear that Will Hill are getting out of it too.

Same thing happened with me. I've sent numerous emails to reset my account and NOTHING. They spend thousands, or even millions in events and trade shows, but they treat their present affiliates like crap. I guess all the aff managers from Score just wanna score on the booze at the events.

I would recommend you take screenshots within your score-affiliates affiliate account showing how many clients you have referred since you started with them. The last migration to the rubbish software they are going to be using was, according to many accounts at the time, a disaster and there were claims that not all referrals were migrated.

    This was the email:

    Dear Affiliate,

We have exciting news to share. We are rebranding our affiliate programme and as of the 1st Oct 2013, the Ladbrokes and LBapuestas affiliate programme will be known as 'LadbrokesPartners'. What's more - the new programme will also sport a new website, improved marketing materials and will be managed on the Mexos affiliate platform.

We will soft launch the new affiliate programme on the 1st Oct 2013 with all the new affiliates signing up with us starting from that date. All our existing affiliates will remain in the Score affiliate programme until 1st Nov 2013 when Mexos officially replaces Income Access as 'LadbrokesPartners' affiliate platform.

The move to the new platform Mexos is part of the deal with new partner Playtech. Mexos will provide you with an enhanced user-interface, detailed reporting on each of your marketing campaigns and channels, a multi-lingual affiliate programme and geo-targeted creatives.

There is no action required from your side at this point. Your existing tracking and commissions will not be interrupted during the migration. And you will be able to log on to Score as usual until the 1st Nov 2013.

We will send an update with further details on our programme migration in the coming weeks along with instructions on where, when and how to access the new programme. We are looking forward to the change and want to thank you for your continued support.

    Kind Regards,

    The Score Affiliates Team

They probably have to say that, like sales people. Even when something sucks they say its the best, even though it is pants.

waste of time mate, I have expressed my thoughts very strongly and it was like banging my head against a brick wall. This new lot genuinely believe that the new software is the best around. I tried to say how **** it was etc and how I won't send lots of traffic to it etc, then just got back, yes but we will be working close together so everything will be good. FFS, did they read what I wrote? might as well have been telling my mum

I was thinking what if 20 affs all said the same thing at the conference... but you're right, once these programs get an idea in their head it's difficult to persuade them otherwise.
