I have some questions about the domain se.net and sub domains subname.se.net

Is this a network of free sites?

Seems like someone bought se.net (very nice domain btw), stuck a custom search on there from Google and tried to build their own search engine. They probably used the name subname.se.net as a test.

Using the site operator a search pulls up an ever-growing list of subs

I see quite a number of subs redirect to parent domains like hotel. goes to hotels.com, piratebay. to piratebay

Some of the casino related subs seem to not do any redirect, that is why I was wondering if they were hosting sites with the sub domain structure.

But looking at this, it appears to be a top level domain
http://www.instra.com/en/domain-name...tration/se-net

I was not aware that .se.net and .se.com existing for Sweden.....in addition to .se
