SEO/Optimization/Traffic for a new Affiliate Website

Hi All,
I recently launched an affiliate website (feel free to have a look - www.casinosarcadia.com).

As you can imagine, the most difficult part for each brand new website, is to generate traffic, improving the SEO and the ranking.

Is there anybody out there you wanna jump into this new project and try to make it growth on google?

I am just looking for someone able to help me with the SEO party mainly. I`ve been asking agencies but prices are crazy so i am looking for cheaper solutions.

Even with agencies it is quite tricky, sometimes you would invest money in their work and it doesn't pay off at all and the tricky part is the fact that some forms of SEO don't have any immediate effect. you have to wait and see.
Are you ready to pay someone and trust that their work will deliver?

i know but what`s in this case the option? i have no experience in that so i guess i must trust someone else at the end.

The best option is in your case to do some research and learn about SEO. It's not all that complicated, of course it has a lot of aspects to it and requires you try things and see how they work out.
It is something you can wrap your head around fairly quickly and in the end of the day you will be sure that you are doing the best possible job for yourself.

At first, do yourself a favor and skip that Wix ****, learn the basics and start new. Or skip the idea at all.

Unfortunately -although it could have been said a different way - Eenzoo nailed it and basically summarised the other thread where we already discussed moving off Wix (and hopefully you saw the last post on that from gm2891).

A lot of that is under your control.....


Right now, you're still jumping ahead.

You need to get those footer links working (at the moment only 'about' works for me)
You need to solve the speed issues...and that almost certainly means you have to come off Wix
You need to improve/expand the content you have, and create more

Right now you have no chance other than with links or magic/trickery. The content you have will never rank. And the links you'd need to move the needle on what you have 1. might not work anyway and 2. will cost you many many many thousands £/$/€

No one will ever link to what you have naturally..... and sadly very likely that no one will even if you have great content. But Google will possibly like you better if 1. you're fast enough and 2. you can give visitors good info when they get to you

Yeah and you always (well nearly always) get useful feedback, right.

The problem for OP is he/she is right at the start - very basic platform and not started out optimally for scaling it.

The basic 'question' here (I think) is 'WTF is SEO and how do I do it'

And the answer is there are many basic elements and many complex/advanced elements.

But you can't get to the more complex elements until you have the basic platform in place...and equally it's hard for people to give specific advice without there being a platform in place on which to offer that advice.

To OP Aside from all advice given on this thread and the other one, at this point all you could logically be doing in addition would be thinking about structure. If you don't already have a spreadsheet/whiteboard/10 bits of paper with the entire site mapped out and all elements that you want/need to cover highlighted for inclusion, then it'll be a good idea to do so.

You cannot hope to build a high level best casinos/best bonuses site these days with virtually just a list of casinos and bonuses + a few hundred words and get anywhere with it. The only way you might have done would have been by some pretty intensive laser targeting.

If you want an example of the sort of site (and structures) you should be aiming at you only have to look at the sites of many members here. If you look at some and you're not sure, PM me and I'll tell you who they are (hint though, you will find some in this thread)

I would recommend you to start from SEO basics to make some general staff more clear.

I would suggest you to read articles at Backlinko, Ahrefs, Moz, SEO Intelligence, Ahrefs Blog etc - there are you could find lots of useful info for beginners.

After I think you need at least one SEO tool to analyze the market, competitors backlinks and etc. I would recommend to get Ahrefs.

About technical staff, yes, Wix is not the best option. You need to improve the design, UX, and page speed for desktop and mobile again see the top-10 and try to make better.

And the last but one of the most important write and upload good content and after promote it.

Here are a few tips to start with:

1. Move from WIX. Choose a hosting provider, for example, SiteGround, Bluehost, Flywheel, Dreamhost, WPEngine, Kinsta etc., they will also install WordPress for you. If you need a drag 'n drop page builder; there are many. Elementor is the top one.

2. Try to create one good quality page

3. Decide what will be covered there

4. Decide what your new page structure is going to look like (content must be properly structured in a logical order from the top to the bottom)

5. Don't do it too complicated, keep it simple!

Once you've managed to get these steps done, come back for more advice.

P.S Don't use expensive SEO tools, for now, grab a Seranking.com monthly subscription. It will provide you with everything you need, plus it tracks keyword positions more precisely than Ahrefs.


If you need video information, choose only one Youtube channel, for example, the Ahrefs channel.
The guy there explains everything in a very detailed way.
Following and watching many channels at the same time will be simply confusing you.

Why should anyone visit your site versus any of those others?

Hi, With a new website, I recommend you focus on social media platforms, as well SEO. Most importantly focus on Quora... It will help you generating traffic and also improve your search ranking by social signals.

Slow & steady, focus on HQ links instead of LQ pbn's - also look at anchor text ratio % to avoid over optimsiation.

I think he sees what i see,, lazy... you asked for a review and you got it.. it's another cookie cutter , these types of sites evaporated from the rankings years ago but many still seem to churn them out.
