Default The Secret(s) of Your Success

Although I can't speak to this so much myself, I thought it might be interesting and informative to discuss the ways to promote and to actually make money in this industry. New webmasters probably have a particular interest in this, and there's food for thought and maybe new insights for us more experienced "masters" as well, especially in the present economy. We have to stay adaptive and informed.

What is it that has proven effective for you in this industry? Advertising? Buying traffic? SEO? Luck? Blind experimentation? Alignment of the stars? Mini sites on auto-pilot? A combination of things?

For my own efforts, I have had some success at various times with advertising, PPC, SEO (always), and probably luck, when a small whale once stumbled upon a casino through my site. I have yet to buy traffic. I still don't know what the best things are. What methods do the really successful webmasters use? What works for you?

Read and absorb everything you can here, the GIA, GAP, APCW, AGD and some of the other associated forums and newsgrouyps covering such topics as affiliate marketing, and casino affiliates.

Then use a combination of the above you posted, and come up with unigues ways as well.

It doesn't hurt if the stars are aligned perfectly as well.....lol

Whatever you decide to do to progress your work, don't get stuck on doing something that someone else is succeeding with if it's not working for you.

Some things work for some people and others just don't get any benefit at all. Trial and error and move on if it doesn't produce results.

Never give up, read, improve, update, sweat, get ticked off, protect your brand, rinse and repeat.

Create good content, get links.. cycle through that a few times and re-evaluate.
