Hi Guys,

Ice cream, chocolate cakes and chocolates are my comfort foods. Relieves my stress for a while Sometimes when I feel down and lonely just for no reason, they help me get through the night

I think that it would be nice to know other people's comfort food as well, so we could try them and see if it'll work for us too

What are your comfort foods?

Some of my comfort foods are:

chocolate oreo cookies
chocolate Bourneville
cake
pancakes
Toast with melted cheese +baked beans and 1 egg on top

I got lots more....

Chocolate/candy I guess. Never been much of a cake person, and I do like the occasional doughnut.

Believe it or not my comfort food is "Bangus"! No lie! - I love eating it with plain Jasmine rice and chopped tomato - its so good!

I am English and I have no 'sweet tooth' whatsoever so my comfort food is pure stodge (does it even count as comfort food if you feel terrible after about eating rubbish and not even remotely contented?!)

I have forgotten what comfort food is since I haven't eaten it in so long..

But when I started reading this thread, my first thought was "cheese and tomato toastie" then I saw someone else posted the same thing!

I don't mind chocolate but again, haven't had any plain old chocolate in so long I forget what it tastes like.
