    Hi,

I don't understand Spanish, but checked out the site anyways

I have to say the site is really pleasing to the eye! From what I can tell it is well organized, readable and there seems to be tons of great information on there! I give it an A++

    Hi,

Nice looking site. The biggest problem I see with it is your back-link quality. Most links are from non-gambling sites and are generated through spammy link directories. This will hurt your SE rankings and could cause your site a Google penalty.

    Hi Nico,

I really like the site- easy to navigate and the rounded edges that you use for the drop-down menus make the site look very current.

It might be a good idea to switch the brands you're featuring in "Los Mejores Casinos" when a visitor clicks on the poker page at http://www.casinosonline.cl/poker.html so that it would show the best poker rooms, and when a visitor clicks on the sportsbetting page, it shows the best bookmakers.

Hope this helps and buena suerte!

    Melanie

Nico sent me a pm regarding my comments above and rather than reply to his questions privately, I thought it would be more beneficial for everyone if I posted them here....

    1. Having a ton of links from unrelated sites has little or no effect on your PR or SERPS. In fact, these links look unnatural and may cause your site to incur a penalty. You are much better off exchanging links with other members here who have quality sites and a good linking strategy in place.

Having some non-gambling links (a few) from higher PR (aged) sites is fine but the vast majority of links should be from sites in the casino industry.

    2. If you are purchasing links through an SEO company - STOP!!! The quality of links tend to be low and may even hurt your rankings. You want natural looking links. Add links slowly, 10 or 20 a week so you don't raise any flags with Google.

    3. Acquiring good quality one way links....
    a) You can gain some quality one way links by using signature links here in the GPWA forums. this post - Posting your site for a review will help - Google has already picked up this thread and given you a back link for it!
    b) GPWA also rewards the most active participants each month with added links. This is not difficult to achieve....just be active each day, do a little posting, and it will happen. These links do help!
    c) Use twitter, facebook, etc to generate links. There are a number of threads here about this strategy, read them.

    4. Join other forums (gambling related). Most allow you to use signature links once you reach a minimum number of posts. These forums are a gold mine of information so this strategy actually pays off in two ways.... you get one way links plus you have the opportunity to learn! Make it your mission to read a few SEO threads each day, you'll be amazed by what you discover!

Beyond link building, the best way to grow your traffic is to keep adding quality content... content is still king!

    Hope this helps,

The color scheme looks good, the menus are clear and organized, not 800x600 friendly but a very few still uses it. The only problem is distinguishing the content from the sidebars. Try spacing in between the last body content and the sub headers (clover Ultimas Noticias, Participa ..)

    Hi Nico,

If you want a 'newbie' opinion, I've few things..

Your websites layout looks really nice, but my first reaction was a bit 'pushy'. Having such colourful and wide header banner with the flashy banners and colourfull pictures below, made me feel a bit 'uncomfortable'. I mean I'd like to have seen a 'welcome to oursite" header with an introduction about your site etc below. Now I had to look for a place to click mouse not to hit a banner / picture.

Ofcourse this is just my personal opinion and I'm not saying those won't work (how could I not having a website launcjed yet). But that was my first impression. I'd like more text instead of banners and pictures. But as I said, I've no experience of what is the most effective way to get clicks, nor do I know any spanish (except those 2 words ).

But in overall, I liked your website. As I've been reading this forum for a while, I bet I won't be totally wrong if I say that get more content to your site (Google loves words) and quality backlinks

Also please do not mind if my above comments were steep. English isn't my native and I already spent quite a lot time writing this without 'rounded corners'.

Have a nice weekend you all!

    -J-
