I tried to call when it happened, but I was 30mins late, lines were closed for the night.

Tried their US # since it says 24/7, but didnt work from my phone.

I'll call them in the morning... good to hear tho, I was worried cause I know their support is notoriously bad.

Did they say why it happened to you?

Maybe it's better to call in the morning. I called them in the afternoon.
When I asked them for the reason, they just told me that it happened for my security reasons

Incase anyone else has this problem.. Skrill actually replied to my email shortly after and like bet-gate said, they just gave me a new password.
I didnt expect them to reply so quick.

Would have been nice if they emailed me when they randomly decided to lock me out tho.. but at least its resolved lol
