About LinkBacksOn the topic of this thread I would appreciate if someone can walk up to the Neteller stand at ICE and ask them a) why they stopped the card and b) if they will introduce a new card at some stage.
I'd really appreciate that.

They just stopped payouts to VISA cards. They say they will introduce it again on 14th Feb. The Valentyne gift will be 7.5% fee for the payouts.
