Maybe rebuilding the entire backend might be a good thing in the end....but if it means we will have to change links AGAIN in the future then I have to say it is not a good thing.

Please keep this in mind and if it would mean future link changes....always remember....if a link has to be replaced in order for it to track...often that is what happens.... REPLACEMENT

Paul, I've been able to update to Moneybookers. I tested Neteller and it still didn't work although it may just have been a cache thing. Anyway, I wanted Moneybookers so not a problem for me. Thanks.

I do like the email that gets sent when details are updated. That's a good security feature to stop our details being changed without us knowing. Forgot to mention that last time.

On another matter, is there any scope for campaigns? I couldn't see it in the marketing area.

Hi James,

I just tested Neteller and it works fine for me. Glad to hear MB is working fine now. I also fixed the Wire Transfer option and its all fine now.

Regarding the campaigns, are you aware the variable in the tracking links "subGid=" is for setting up campaigns right? What you need to do is set up different campaigns i.e, subGid=1, subGid=2, etc and then you can track the campaings via "Statistics by banner" report which will give you the stats by subGid

Originally when RTG released this feature I do believe it was limited to 0-99 total campaigns (100 total).

Do you happen to know if this is still the case?

What I have found works best for me is to set a series of campaigns subgid #'s up, and use the same numbers accross my network for all RTG's. This way any time I view RTG stats and look at the campaigns they become very familiar and I can easily remember that #5 is the same site/campaign for each of the RTG's that I work with and saves time meaning I have to refer back to my campaign list less often.

Bank wires a min of $1000, not happy about that. If going to casino account, what methods are there for US affiliates to withdraw and what are the costs if any. Also if payments go to casino account will we be made to wait as if we were players to get the payment processed?

a switch to new software for US players but I am not convinced yet that Sloto mapped all existing players does anyone see activity in their stats from old players ?

why build a new players base with Sloto then ?

I agree that $350 is high but so is the $50 cost to be paid. I miss the good old days.

Universal4 : Paul has stated in an email to me that the players will be moved over....

Desert Nights will stay on Rival and a cross promotion email (tagged for affiliates) will be sent to players explaining the change and if they want to continue to play Rival the opportunity will be presented to them.

He has also told me they will make sure sub-affiliates transfer ok also....

Players have not been transferred to the new RTG backend and if emails were sent it was NOT with our affiliate ID in it !

I am very concerned about these statements. First off because they are not true and secondly, I believe there are other factors involved.

We are currently working on clearing out these concerns. In the meanwhile, I would like to confirm once again that all players were mapped to RTG along with affiliate tags. We have been dealing with a few issues that affect these players performance such as duplicate accounts and RTG data export beside others.
