Slow response

Something is odd at Income Access. When I try to log in it is taking well over a minute to process. Anyone else having the issues?

Server need kicked? Spit in the back and whomp it on the top...

The slow response time that you are experiencing and other affiliates maybe experiencing is due to hardware optimization. While this work is being carried out some reports and pages may take time to load.

The upgrade to the hardware is expected to be finalised shortly and we thank all affiliates for their patience.
