Default Social Investment Network

Time has come for equilibrium of the world’s financial institutions to start becoming more social and to share with the rest of us the secrets of financial enterprises. It can’t be that 1% of the world’s money is in the hands and control of the few. <?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
If you could see and mimic or copy how these financial entrepreneurs increase their liquidity, would you be tempted into following their lead?
The world is in the middle of a social revolution where people from all over the globe are sharing & caring about each other. Technology has brought the people closer together than ever, as people from say Iceland can speak to people in Indonesia and share each other’s financial difficulties.
The social investment network is breaking barriers and financial records with people sharing their secrets and allowing others to copy & follow them to financial security.
What are your views about sharing what was close guarded secrets and letting people see you’re every action in real time and follow your example to financial freedom?
Looking forward to all your thoughts about this social explosive of been open & transparent!!!
The social revolution is here and it’s time to put the power back into the hands of the people.

I totally disagree with this thinking.

When people are "social" they actually talk....

People talk to each other less and less every day....and the so-called "social networks" promote that people should NOT talk to each other but use their networks since they fear that if people learn to talk to each other again they lose the eyeballs for their advertisers.

Now I DO agree with this statement:
The social revolution is here and it’s time to put the power back into the hands of the people.
Go out and TALK to someone!

Now is the time for a more open & transparent way of working together, whether it be in business or friendship. Opening up and becoming more social is the way we can start to join forces to close the divide between the rich & poor, so we all can have a better standard of living and spread the resources more evenly on a global stance.

I'm a bit confused as to what exactly you're getting at here. Or perhaps more accurately, I'm not really confused about it but instead confused about how such a thing would actually work.

If we're talking about real investments, there's no way in the world that such people, businesses, or groups you reference will EVER give up their purchases in real time. If they do, they're losing opportunity cost.

Why, you ask? If I'm seeing a stock or company that is a great value and I have the means to take up a large position in the company, I'm not going to risk increasing demand until I've already assumed my position in the company.

If I wait to tell my "social network" about the position I've taken, then I cause a bandwagon effect, which further drives the price up AFTER I've already taken my position.

Same with selling - I tell others in real time that I'm unloading - they do too, which costs me money. If I wait to tell them until after I've reduced or eliminated my position, then my followers are cost money.

Basically, such a tactic would work to do nothing more than ensure the "elite" remain such and that the followers are buying & selling later to help offset supply and demand created by said "elite".

I have a feeling that this social network is not about real investing though and instead are about binary betting.

I agree with many points Shay.

And if you are the one relying on the "social network" where people don't actually talk to each other to get the information about what to invest in (or what binary's to bet on) this would have the "bandwagon" effect and therefore the time to bet on it may well be past.

Life is all about being in the right place at the right time and I agree with some of your points which you both have outlined.

To catch and Investment or trade even afterwards will still have the probability for you to increase your liquidity or even to have those moments to see what the market reaction is maybe be beneficial and prompt you not to invest or trade.

This is what makes life so interesting and the thrill of the unknown. If we all knew that whatever we did we would always come out a winner, then life would be utterly boring. We all only a daily basis follow other peoples judgment, whether it parental, friends and you have to trust advice from others sometimes in life, but always the final decision is yours. All for one and one for all is the order of the day!!!!
