I received the netplay welcome emails after migration of vernons casino account to netplayaffiliates. Upon logging into their system I saw two issues:
1) No way to enter payment details. Clicking "submit" clears them (tried this twice)
2) Had a player deposit just £10 and generate -£122 in bonus. Can someone explain this to me as I am a mere ignorant sportsbook affiliate at heart and can't see how just a £10 deposit could create that level of bonus deduction?

Also wondering if this is my chance to just stop promoting vernons, a brand that has been booted from pillar to post over the years and that has been underwhelming all the way along the line. It is not the sort of brand I would promote from afresh now anyway.

A great chance actually, I would take their ranking down until this issue sorted and unless no one from the company
replies with some answers I would never put them back.
