Looks very nice!

I am now more into the latest Star Trek movies. They have managed to keep the spirit of the original series.

Enjoy it

[HodgeyBoy]

Do I watch it In Gibraltar straight away or try and last till I'm in the UK a few weeks after launch and try and find an IMAX?

I think with elaborate movies such as Star Wars; you need to watch them more than once. Every time you watch it, you see something you missed.

Go for it and watch it as soon as it comes out LOL.

UK release date has now been moved a day earlier to December 15th...

"...The shift – Lucasfilm and Disney haven't directly said why the change – brings the UK into the same realm as places such as Austria, Brazil and Colombia, though some European countries such as Belgium and Sweden will be headed to the galaxy far, far away even earlier, on 14 December. There's a Brexit joke to be made here, but we shall sidestep it.The US and other countries such as Canada and Spain will have to wait until the originally scheduled 16 December, while China won't see the film until January."

I'm really looking forward to see the next episode of Star Wars. I like that new episode, but I prefer older episodes, as everyone I guess, haha.

Ah, good spot. Going to catch take my two lads to watch it over Xmas, at least that's my excuse

[pj.maybe]

I hope the story line will be as good as the original. I mean, there is nothing they can do to impress audiences regarding graphics because we have seen it all, so I am counting on an interesting and exciting story

That's true Maria - and also why I think 'The Force Awakens' (the new one), was much better than the last Trilogy, which had CGI nonsense everywhere.

Finally got to see Rogue One yesterday. Excellent film, action-packed throughout and links the series together up to the original Star Wars. Very much worth seeing if you like the films

I'm still not super keen on Disney taking over the franchise. That said, I'm going to see it today and I'm certain I will enjoy it. What is up with this backasswards release order in the story lines though

[Pokerface]

I watched the first few when they were released but have not watched a Star Wars film in many years. Did not even know about recent releases until the coverage of Carrie Fisher's death.

Still don't think I will be watching anymore of them.

Personally I'm very happy it was Disney, can't think of nor would I have wanted any other company to do that. Disney seems absolutely the best and perfect entity in the world to have done so, even the only company that should have. They have also proven it was a great move with how people feel about these last two blockbusters. Feel similarly about Verizon buying Yahoo and hope that deal completes too.
