I will be the first to acknowledge that our current UI for Star Partner does not provide the same reporting that was found in Vegas Partner but that does not make it inadequate..

Well you promised better reporting data for months but all remains the same as well as regularly frozen stats.

Yes, we were hasty and rushed the launch of the program and in hindsight that was a mistake, but that is something that we have spent months sorting out and from an affiliate perspective will be remedied with the launch of Star Partner 2 which we have designed taking into account all the Feedback we have received from affiliates.

You have spent months on something that is worse than than the old 2 : I bet 99% of all affiliates will agree that the former Vegaspartner/GSN were much better organized.

We have spent countless hours building the new interface for affiliates and spent even more time testing it. We not only wanted to ensure that SP1's issues were a thing of the past but also to provide the global standard for affiliate reporting but also provide as many performance metrics as possible. Having said that, We have still sent any affiliate that requested it as full reporting as they required on request (Keeping in mind player confidentiality of course). We have done this for you.

That is correct you sent me the report.

If you like you can publish that report on the forum , or give us permission to, and then all can be clear on what the discussion is about you are correct I do know your affiliate ID, regarding your other point of our lack of integrity and communication from our side so I would like to take the opportunity to discuss a few things in that regard.

You initially contacted us saying that all of your players vanished. The audit report that we sent you (which you claim is of little consequence to you) disproves the fact that all of your player vanished over night as you believe. Your players never vanished over night, this happened over a number months but you fail to mention this. . There were approx 4000+ players on that report that reflected all movement up to August so how you can you say that all of your players vanished?

What the audit report does prove is that you have sent a high number of players who registered and very few depositors. I don’t believe that I have to tell you that players do churn over time regardless of how good the retention may be (and on that note our program ranks extremely well within the extended grouping of Microgaming casinos) in any casino. And if you start with a very small volume of depositors, and stop ending traffic, the flow will dry up sooner or later in any casino. The report also shows that there are still active players on your account.

I have only bad results for SP, with other MG programs I have good depositors and results even if I promote the freeplay.

When our Dutch affiliate manager Tamara, spoke to you last after having provided you all of your player data. Not only did you make it quite clear to us that you weren't convinced that the data that we were providing you was accurate but that you were no longer interested in being an affiliate ours and you believed that we would never be able to resolve your issues because of how you felt things were going, regardless of how much data we gave you about your players This is why the communication stopped, what more are we meant to do? We are more than willing to ask eCogra to come in and mediate on your behalf with us.

I said I did not like the new starpartner and would lower exposure, not that I was not interested in no longer being an affiliate.

Also when that player showed up in your account that reflected an incorrect banner tag, this was due to reporting in Star Partner that was corrupt and when you brought it my attention we were able to isolate the problem and repair it. I still at the time told you to take a screen shot of your account as I was committed to paying you whatever was showing in your account the time, to make up for the inconvenience to which I never received the screen shot from you.

Affiliates of ours are aware that banner tags within any one affiliate account can be different and have a multitude of banner tags at any one time, this all depends on the number of websites that are added to an account.
The more sites that are added the more banners tags will be generated by the system.

I had a different W-code that did not belong to me : IMO there were errors in the database not the reporting tool.

You persist in trolling and spreading poison about our program in the all of the forums of how we’ve cheated you or stole your players but you’ve never backed that up with anything concrete, and in fact you can’t. Your players have converted well below the standard conversion rate for any of the star partner brands. (Just as a matter of interest we have doubled the groups conversion rates over the last 12 months).

So if I am the unwanted messenger you just wanna shoot and deserved the words trolling and spreading poison, I wish somebody would confirm this and I will walk away no questions asked.

I will not post comments on programs anymore en public but just do what others do if you are the programs weakling - remove and forget.

No I can not proof anything from those stats, I never can and you know that.

Some other senior members complained on CAP too but did not discuss details further and moved on.

it just appears that they lost all the playing players while upgrading their aff. system. never thought that shoes can have such a strong effect on legs

We even turned things around for BonusStreak's earnings in November because of great retention and re-acquisition.

Last time Bonusstreak posted this on AGD

if I depended on this program to earn a living I would be in the free cheese line at the local church!

I hope it is now much better than before.

If you honestly believe that your complaint is legitimate, then feel free, or allow us, to post all information and details in this forum including the full reports we have sent you.

I am sure the rest of the affiliates can draw their own conclusions from that data provided. We can even get a third party like Steve Corfman or J Todd or Bryan Bailey to assist us both in looking at this. As Star Partner we would be happy to make any finding public. Are you ?
Publishing my Stats in public will not help and you know that, I went from 3+ figures to almost zero earnings.

Most of my players just stopped playing, my bad luck, this is just the way it is, but I will give your program only very very little exposure because I can not make it profitable for both.

I am just telling you what is see and am told. My lifeline with Conrad has gone since I "poisoned" their program. If you can tell me goopxx how your revenues were for the last year maybe you wanna show us. I can only hope for some free beans with them. Just an indication other MG programs do 20-30 fold compared to SP from programs that have players playing since I started, those wells have not dried up over time.

Hi Conrad, many thanks for your reply in this thread to my earlier pot. Yes Marko emailed me a few times but I did request an update and did not recieve one. I do appreciate some players will not return and do appreciate the fact that Star Partner do make strong efforts to retain players.

I am sure you can understand my frustration over seeing that player not playing and I appreciate the fact you pointed out the steps you and your staff have taken to try to get this player depositing again.

Sorry if you thought I was complaining and I can see why you would but I was more posting in frustration as this was a big time player for me and was hoping to get an update to which I did...

    Thank and Happy New Year.

    Doug

Goopxx, I agree with you and Star Partner on hole is a solid and reputable program and Yes Conrad does a good job in helping affiliates and in responding to emails, even if a little late he still gets things done and one has to remember that tthey have 100's of affiliates to assist so at times we have to wait.

They pay on time every time and that is always a benifit of not having to worry about that side of things.

    Keep your head up Conrad...
