stats delay

Hi i noticed some days ago that Statistics of bet365 affiliates delayed by hours.

I know that they refresh it with new stats every day at 10:00 AP UK time, then time was average at 11:30 AM and now i see its after 3.00 PM, so now is 3:15 PM and stil no stats for yesterday.Do you know someone why its like this?

thesedays the statement dosent come out until 3pm uk time. even later

i know the results come from different service providers , bet365 had better not promise something that cannt be fulfilled

it's true. A few years ago it used to be around 10.30 , then 11.30, since few months ago it's usually around 13.30 and the last few days it's never before 15:00

Have you had a situation that after changing time stats these stats increased or lowered drastically? I have got this kind of situation now. Time of stats changed around 15th of March and after it stats are absulately crazy. Turnovers changed from 500-1000 euro into 20-100k daily!!! But the worst thing is that first time since 2010 I have got negative carryover. And is huge almost 20k now. Last ten days only one was +3.7k. rest is negative over around 1k-5k every day.
Have you had some strange situation? Does time changing had any influence for your stats? I am affraid that some error could occur in the stats system...

I add that long time stats have been appearing around 11.30 (polish time), later around 12.15, later after 14-15 and now around 16.00.

I saw noticed the delay about a month ago. Makes no difference to me as long as they update. I just accept that the new updating time is 3:00pm UK. I haven't seen any revenue drop, everything seems normal.

You can edit the numbers yourself: just write 01/08/2013 in the starting date (or whicherver day you want to start). You need the 0 in front.

Thanks. I tried this, but that´s also not possible. The entered date always jumps back to todays date

Have you tried a different browser? Could it be a javascript or whatever they are using to display the stats?

Hi, the same problem to me too, try other browser, problem again, i dont know whats happened, but think maybe there is technical problem?
I found this 2 days ago and i could not see whats happened with stats. hope this problem will be resolved soon.

Same problem.. tried both ie and chrome.

Though i can check stats if i manually input the date as stated above here. I see that there are no new stats since 20.08 so they are probably fixing something

I had contact with bet365. They know about this technical issue and they are already trying to resolve it. In urgent cases you can ask for stats directly at bet365 and they will send them over.

Yes, as zalozite already said, the problem exists in every browser.
