Hello guys, I've been waiting for my April commissions from 7Aff for almost 2 months.
On the 2nd of May they said to me they would send my commissions via Wire Transfer.
On the 26th of May I contacted them and told them that I didn't receive any payments from them.
On the 26th of May they replied to me and said to me that my commissions would be sent on the 5th of June.
On the 8th of June I asked them to confirm that my commissions has been sent, but they told me that they would be sent on today (June,8th- it was Monday).
Ok, on Friday (June,12) I didn't receive any commissions from them although 5 days are enough for Wire Transfer! Ok, John, an affiliate manager, replied to me and told me that the commissions were sent, and even he told me that he would ask for SWIFT confirmation from their payment department.
On the 16th of June I again contacted John because I didn't receive my commissions and asked him to send me SWIFT copy. He replied to me and told me that the payment department still didn't send him SWIFT copy. Also in the same day he said to me:
The money was sent ONLY on the 12th of June, although they told me that the money was sent on 8th of June!!! They are laughing at me!!!The money was sent from the intermediator bank, you should see this either from "XXXX" or "XXXX" it depends on which payment gateway it was sent through, I just checked with finance and they confirmed it was out only on Friday so it may take a day or two more.
June,18 - and still no any payments from 7AFF (6 days are enough for Wire Transfer !!!) . Of course, my affiliate manager told me that the commissions were sent. I asked them to send me SWIFT copy, but he sent me the SWIFT Transript Number, which is not enough for any investigations.
June,24 - When I again asked 7AFF to send me the SWIFT Copy, John replied to me:
Quickly??? I asked them to send me the SWIFT copy 8 days ago. Usually it takes 1-2 days. I suppose they think that I'm stupid, and that I can't understand that they laugh at me.Payment department told me they are not working directly with the bank, but with a company that is working with the bank that's why they can't get a hold of the SWIFT transcript quickly
June,25 - I asked them to pay me via Moneybookers OR to send me the SWIFT copy, and they said to me:
Yes, today is the 26th of June, and still no the payment from them, which was sent on the 12th of June. 2 WEEKS for Wire Transfer??? And still no the payment.I spoke with finance dept and we don't have the Moneybookers account active now, I'm sorry but you'll have to wait for the Wire which was sent.
Of course, they didn't send my commissions, because he didn't send me the SWIFT copy. I don't believe that it's impossible to get the SWIFT copy. And all their actions say for themselves.
So, don't trust these guys!!! And avoid them!!!
