    Thumbs down [RESOLVED]STAY AWAY from 7AFF!!!!

    Hello guys, I've been waiting for my April commissions from 7Aff for almost 2 months.

    On the 2nd of May they said to me they would send my commissions via Wire Transfer.

    On the 26th of May I contacted them and told them that I didn't receive any payments from them.
    On the 26th of May they replied to me and said to me that my commissions would be sent on the 5th of June.

    On the 8th of June I asked them to confirm that my commissions has been sent, but they told me that they would be sent on today (June,8th- it was Monday).

    Ok, on Friday (June,12) I didn't receive any commissions from them although 5 days are enough for Wire Transfer! Ok, John, an affiliate manager, replied to me and told me that the commissions were sent, and even he told me that he would ask for SWIFT confirmation from their payment department.

    On the 16th of June I again contacted John because I didn't receive my commissions and asked him to send me SWIFT copy. He replied to me and told me that the payment department still didn't send him SWIFT copy. Also in the same day he said to me:
    The money was sent from the intermediator bank, you should see this either from "XXXX" or "XXXX" it depends on which payment gateway it was sent through, I just checked with finance and they confirmed it was out only on Friday so it may take a day or two more.

    The money was sent ONLY on the 12th of June, although they told me that the money was sent on 8th of June!!! They are laughing at me!!!

    June,18 - and still no any payments from 7AFF (6 days are enough for Wire Transfer !!!) . Of course, my affiliate manager told me that the commissions were sent. I asked them to send me SWIFT copy, but he sent me the SWIFT Transript Number, which is not enough for any investigations.

    June,24 - When I again asked 7AFF to send me the SWIFT Copy, John replied to me:
    Payment department told me they are not working directly with the bank, but with a company that is working with the bank that's why they can't get a hold of the SWIFT transcript quickly
    Quickly??? I asked them to send me the SWIFT copy 8 days ago. Usually it takes 1-2 days. I suppose they think that I'm stupid, and that I can't understand that they laugh at me.

    June,25 - I asked them to pay me via Moneybookers OR to send me the SWIFT copy, and they said to me:
    I spoke with finance dept and we don't have the Moneybookers account active now, I'm sorry but you'll have to wait for the Wire which was sent.
    Yes, today is the 26th of June, and still no the payment from them, which was sent on the 12th of June. 2 WEEKS for Wire Transfer??? And still no the payment.

    Of course, they didn't send my commissions, because he didn't send me the SWIFT copy. I don't believe that it's impossible to get the SWIFT copy. And all their actions say for themselves.

    So, don't trust these guys!!! And avoid them!!!

    I hope you get your money Aksana, i know you must be feeling as frustrated as hell

    I dont know anything about 7AFF so no idea how trustworthy they are and cannot comment on them specifically

    But i do know that when intermediary banks are used it can take a long time on occasions, this sort of thing once happened to me from Mansion88.

    So they could be telling the truth but then again why can they not just supply you with a scan of the payment details sent.

    Hope it is ok for you in the end.

    Thanks for your reply. And yes you are right, they could be telling the truth but why don't they provide me with the SWIFT copy?

    So, I don't trust these guys. I was patient with them and understood that there were some delays in wire transfer, but 2 months are really enough that to send commissions and receive commissions.

    Aksana, I received the May payment on June 23 after a couple of reminders. They said they had some problem on their side with transactions to Neteller and wanted from me alternative accounts (bank account wire details or EcoCard number or UseMyWallet number), but then they managed to transfer to my Neteller account.

    Thanks guys. Of course, I'm sure I will my receive my April commissions from them, but it's impossible to work with them if they have such problems with payments. They even don't have their own bank account or Moneybookers account, they even can't provide me with the SWIFT copy, I think it's not serious.

    they owe me xxxxx.xx for may havent been payed yet i am sure they will pay sometime being in business doesn't work like clock work hope i dont have to wait 2 months i have had great results with there casino easy to convert players

    Just as an FYI.... due to the thread here at GPWA (and/or the one at AGD) about 7aff....


    Payments Commission fees for affiliates will be paid between the
    15th-20th
    25th-28th
    in the following month after commission accumulated. Commission will be paid by one of the following methods when the minimum payout value has been generated:
    Wire transfer - at least
    $500
    $1000
    by the end of the month.

    Alternative payment methods - at least
    $50
    $250
    by the end of the month.[/quote]


    So - it looks like their payment dates have changed (not a huge deal since they weren't paying on time anyway) However - I'm not a fan of the limit changes. PLEASE tell me this doesn't apply to current payments owed to your affiliates???

    Default [RESOLVED]Unpaid commissions

    Today I have received my commissions. Only after several investigations I have understood that this payment is from them. 7Aff paid all fees (about $60) from my commissions and even didn't inform me about that.

    I suppose they are new, and they haven't yet learned how to send money properly. And if they charge about $60 fees for WT they must add this note to their T&Cs.

    Ok, the problem is closed, because the fees that were charged during the WT will be paid to my EcoCard account.
