    Default Sun Bingo Non-payment for September

    Hello,

    I have not been paid by Sun Bingo for August commissions (Sept payable).

    I know of at least one other member on this forum who has not been paid too - is this for the case for anyone else?

    The contact I have is David Abrams on david.abrams@playtech.com. Updated stats also seem to be an issue too inside console area (http://gaming.thesunaffiliates.com). I cannot find anyone else to contact about the on-going problems with Sun Bingo.

    Can anyone else shed light on this? This is really poor and once again gives affiliate marketing a bad rep from a big brand in the bingo market.

    Possibly they need to sort out the stats issues before they can pay. I don't know if it affects August (they migrated 24th Aug so that day is expected to be bad as site was down most of that day), but certainly September stats are wrong / incomplete. Even when things were going well they have become very late payers nowadays (last payment that was received was on the 1st of month - ie: 32 days after month end).

    Hopefully the delay this time is just down to needing more time to solve the stats problems.

    If stats are wrong could be to with this thread too. https://www.gpwa.org/forum/problems-...=income+access . A lot of affiliate programmes using income access seem to be having some serious problems with stats.

    Just be nice if someone could at least let affiliates know what is going on.
    You wait all month to get paid and then think "here we go again" another poorly run affiliate programme.

    Communication is non-existent from Sun Bingo. I only think there was a comment on the other thread because I chased up Income Access direct about the stats being a shambles.

    Hi all, I apologise for the lack of updates. There have been a number of issues to solve since migration in order to enable regular stats updates in IA. I recognise that this reflects poorly on Sun Bingo but I am working to resolve the issues and hope to make two payments in quick succession for August and September within the next few days once data is displaying correctly.     To update this thread.

    I'm still waiting for Sept and October payment from Sun affiliates. The situation is no better and quite shambolic to be honest.

    Thought it might be an idea to update this thread once a week.

    Hopefully someone from Playtech in authority will see this and do something about the pitiful treatment of affiliates. Has anyone else been paid for either Sept or October?

    Also, are your stats for October updated? (yes last month ) mine is showing blank, where as November is up to date.

    Stats for oct seem ok for me as is Nov. No payment for last month yet though.
    Really isn't good enough and the communication is almost non-existant.

    Thank you for your post. I have not yet been paid for either month despite Monday's email that said: "The September payment was processed at the end of last week and should either already be with you or will be in the next day or so. This week the October payments will be processed and so payments will be received approximately a week from now."

    I guess the first payment will arrive anytime now.

    My Fabulous Bingo October stats are blank, but I do have blank months with that brand, whereas Sun Bingo is where I have always had good turnover, revenue and a good player base. My stats for Sun Bingo are not blank for October. I can see that the stats for October 15th are missing data. I do not believe the commission figure for October as it is a fraction of the range that has been generated every month for several years now. However the turnover figures do look correct, so it is hard for me to query the massively reduced commission.

    October is the worst commission month I have had for maybe 5+ years with them and September the second worst, so really things do not seem right to me for those two months. November already looks more how I would expect.
