Sun Affiliates Tracking due to Migration

Hi, I know that the Sun Bingo have currently changed to income access but my
stats have not been updated since 24th August 2016, I have sent several emails asking when they will be updated but I have not had a response. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue or is anyone's stats updated and tracking?

As I have been promoting Sun Bingo since 2007 I find this very disappointing. I understand accounts have to be migrated and this can cause delays but I let them know three weeks ago and I still have no update. I don't even know the final stats from last month and if they have even tracked.

I finally got an update this morning. The missing Stats up to 7th September should apparently be updated at the end of the day by Income Access. Looks like Income access are slow to update things and until the system is fully migrated the stats are manually being sent over to Income access for them to then update on the system.

Total lack of communication about this issue from Sun Bingo, who even runs it now? My notes say David Abrams (david_a on this forum) which I think I picked up from a thread here a while back. Is that right? I never got any notice that Stream20 were dumped, except that Steam20 ignored all emails when there was a previous issue (thanks for your professionalism Stream20, pathetic performance considering you are still an active company and bound to pop up in this business again at some point).

Never got a reply either. I think they sent one promo email last year and that was it.
Sun Bets is also launching an affiliate platform but it seems to be completely separate to sun bingo too.

I am missing a whole heap of player data including player registration dates. Deposit £s are off as well meaning my earnings have plummeted. I am sure the data from 24th August thru to today is incorrect.

Yes, let's hope they have not taken the opportunity to de-tag / lose players in this migration. This month's stats look very suspect for me, certainly for some days. Is the "contact" there David Abrams do you know? The total lack of communication is a major worry too. Get the sense they no longer give a feck about affiliates.

My stats are looking very suspicious too as are other affiliates I've talked with who promote Sun and Fab bingo, i hope they get this sorted or it's another program for the scrap heap . . .

It seems 'sun affiliates' are not aware that there is any problem with this data (so perhaps nobody on this thread has told them of their problems?). They said they would look into my data, which was not the response I was expecting as there is an obvious problem for everybody. Has anyone spoken to Income Access about these incomplete stats?

BTW, Aug 24th and 25th stats are likely to look wrong, the site was down on 24th most of day apparently when the migration to bingo platform happened. But September stats are the real issue here.

Hi all,

Apologies for the lack of updates. I am aware of data issues and am slowly but surely resolving them. Your stats for September are not complete currently, so I will be reconciling for month end with a complete picture. Nobody has been detagged. There may be a few players that fail to switch over as a result of migration but our daily active numbers on the site are on par with pre migration levels, so please bear with me while we resolve the data issues.

Not heard anything for 2 weeks or had any updated stats / payments. Last payment received was in August for July's commission.

I hope that you now have received the September payment and the October payment is on it's way. Now that stats are going in daily, and the backlog is clear, we will be on track with payments moving forward.
