I think Telegram can be a great way to keep users updated, especially for promotions, new games, and time-sensitive offers. The direct communication is a big advantage, but I agree that it really depends on the target market and how popular Telegram is there. I’d definitely give it a try and see how the audience responds.

How do you guys set this up? Do you have sub channels for each category? This is something I probably should have done many years ago.
