    Default Time to Refocus

Prior to the Barcelona Affiliate Conference, it was beginning to seem as if programs and their management were placing their focus on delivering what they're supposed to. As a whole, payments were being processed on time, issues were addressed and dealt with in a timely manner, and things were beginning to run "as they should".

Last month, I noticed things have become a bit lax. Personally, I think it was due to focusing on BAC. Payment wise, about 20% of the programs I work with were late in paying. Additionally, three programs had/currently have commission calculation issues that have been shrugged off or denied.

Personally, I am losing patience. Consider this an advisory to all, as I'm not name dropping quite yet. If your program has stats issues that are not yet resolved, or if your program has emails / skype messages / PM's from affiliates that has not yet been addressed, or if your program is taking their good ole time processing payments that goes beyond your terms and conditions or FAQ guidelines - handle your business NOW. Get payments made, fix your stats, and address your "partners'" concerns, as my patience will not last forever. I'm serious about my business. The programs I work with need to start showing they are as well. I ask (nicely) for every affiliate manager to take a moment to refocus on doing things "the right way".

Very good point Shay, the name of the game is processing money, be it deposits or payments to players and affiliates.

Surprisingly, I had the other experience during October ... EVERY ONE of our partners had paid up by October 15th !!
That's probably the first month where I have not had outstanding payments at month end- I was extremely pleased!

Thanks for the highlight of this disturbing issue!

Here we experiencing the same drill, payments delay after/during every conference... its a shame specially because there are many conferences every year...
