Tons of real clics and no download what's going on please ?

The trouble i do not get real downloads, or simply download ? How understand it, is gambling online dead ???

test the download stats by clicking your own banner and downloading and signing up. Use a fake name and info and see if it tracks. If I saw those stats Id be pulling them off my sites faster than lightning. What group are you promoting here?

In the past major anti-virus softwares used to block our gaming clients for a single reason – the Setup.exe files contain affiliate tracking information (member, profile etc) therefore each setup.exe file is different than the other in terms of script content – the anti-virus softwares treated each file as different from the other.
Currently, the problem has been avoided in all major anti-virus softwares but it might happen that some anti-virus softwares are still blocking our download files. This doesn’t mean that the Setup.exe files present a threat for the security of your computer. As mentioned above, our files can be blocked for one single reason – they contain tracking information. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the major anti-virus programs such as Avast, AVG, NOD32 and Kaspersky approve our software.
There is a website where you can upload a file and it runs it with some of the leading anti-virus softwares and brings results - xxhttp://www.virustotal.com. Please check which anti-virus softwares accept/reject our files and advise your customers.
We assure you that our softwares are absolutely safe, but if you still have any doubts regarding security, please feel free to contact us again.

It's possible that your anti virus blocks the tracking code but what about the players you send? they are all use the same anti virus?

You see clicks so the tracking works. I pretty sure the there's a problem on their end.

Try to download / sign up from your friend PC (use fake details) and check your stats. If you still don't see a download ask them why it happens.

Maybe they can retrieve your stats from their data base and recalculate your stats.

Definitely keep on top of your Account Manager. If their software is having download issues, they need to get their operations and IT departments on that ASAP.

What country are you currently residing in? Recently some changes in countries like Russia have caused some download issues. It could be an issue with servers. These are of course things that can and should be solved by the operator. If your AM is proactive in getting others involved, this should get fixed quickly.

are the sites you promote mcafe or avg redflagged, you'd be surprised how many users this can put off, and you'd also be surprised how many casinos are flagged http://www.partypoker.com/ for example is mcafe red flagged and a lot of the everest group have mcafe cautions, which whilst a smarter man knows the executable file is what's causing this any end user with this installed will probably not play there. I think a lot of the everest group has this issue as well......

I wouldn't promote anything that mcafe site advisor has red flagged just in case it is incompatible with other warning tools or antiviruses.

Can we confirm that the 2000 clicks were not from a bot?

Does the OP have stats client installed on his backend that shows visits from IP address?

I think this would be the first place to start before throwing accusations around.. Let's start there..

gamblingames - can you please post or PM me a list of the IP addresses that have hit those links since the start of that stats period.

I agree with you here , there is a risk people will be scared off from downloading and also have negative effect on us too.

Since I don't buy Porsche(s) I would like to have an option to disable this POSTDATA warning and use the page in cache, as suggested by Red Squirrel and Johann. It would greatly easy the navigation.

Concerning the W3 standard, I think we should take a pragmatic approach: Mozilla should support W3C standards and also dominant practices on the Web. If not people will go away from Mozilla. Personally I left Opera because too many sites were not viewable with it. I hope I will never have to do the same with Mozilla.

By the way the Mozilla POSTDATA message is too techie for the average web user.

No its not a casino rewards stat.. I'm just trying to help as there could be 100 reasons why this person is not seeing any downloads, so you must start from the beginning...

The other thing to look at is if the clicks are coming from IP addresses of people who are in a banned country etc... so the OP would need to confirm with their aff manager which countries are banned too..

As I said, 100 reasons why, so you can't just assume. You gotta try to check them all before making assumptions...

This post should be a must read really, and the lessons within it.
Personally i use piwik to track on my own landers and sites, its always good to cross reference, you can see how many outbounds correlate.

A factor of things could affect your tracking aswell, i know im untrackable unless someone made their own tracking script (even then im likely untrackable).
They could have javascript disabled, noscript, ghostery, custom hosts files, whole bunch more.
But i doubt your average poker addict would have these running on their computer.
