lots of peeps seeing no PR anywhere and there's a lot alk of G discontinuing it once their patent on it expires in 2011 (this would seem plausible given their big downplaying of its importance of late)

Looks like link brokers etc will need to rely on different metrics (eg mozrank) or social metrics.

I hope they've got ride of it, sick of people only linking to certain PR sites or putting high valuations on sites just because of it's high PR when in actual fact PR is such a small factor.

If they do get rid of it they will still have something similar to rank sites, but I am guess but will probably never make it public.

People are obsessed with it and base it for a whole range of different things. Just cause they remove it so we can not see it does not mean Google can not see it.
