Another one bites the dust, sounds like they are doing the usual and staying open just closing their program and keeping the accounts.

Dear affiliates,
After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we will be closing the Tote Ireland affiliate programme on January 31^st, 2019.
We urge affiliates to update their sites to remove any Tote Ireland affiliate links and marketing materials.
Outstanding commissions will be paid out from the last payment cycle up to January 2019 inclusively.
We would like to thank you for being a valued partner and for all the work in promoting our brand.
We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Was it separate to the Active Wins stuff?

Did anyone get paid their final commissions from Tote Partners? I'm still waiting....

Just wanted to ask one more time if anyone got their final payment from tote partners? They have failed to pay me and have stopped replying so now considering legal, would be nice to see if anyone else is in the same boat.

Very strange.

The wrote "After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we will be closing the Tote Ireland affiliate programme on January 31st, 2019", but the signup form on totepartners.com is still working?

And they also wrote "Outstanding commissions will be paid out from the last payment cycle up to January 2019 inclusively.", but they didn't pay yet?

Yes, if the outstanding amount is significant, and/or if you find someone to join you, why not take legal action... Good luck!
