    Default TradeDoubler

I think I've been ripped off with TradeDoubler, to the point I've moved all my sites away from them. Had a pending balance for over 60 days now, contacted them several times to be told their client has not paid but no one seems to be chasing.

Terrible experience from start to finish with these guys, anyone want to help me get this resolved?

I dropped Tradedoubler several years ago after a similar experience. Also their deals are terrible. I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone... At least not to someone who wants to make money.

I'm moving to Affiliate Window, the clients I work with only seem to use TD or AW.

I'd be interested in hearing about how it works with Affiliate Window.
Their setup fee is the highest i've ever seen in the market. Including CJ!!
Not sure if it's worth it or not, kept them on hold for now.

You should try posting on major webmaster forums where people work with tradedoubler.

Try digital point or warrior forums

I promote fashion stuff only through affiliate window and they pay on time....but it is true that some advertisers take longer to pay than others. Before signing up to an advertiser on Affiliate Window check their payment status (under Join Programs), if its orange they take longer than the ones in green.

Just as an update, this is going to be the fourth payment, if they don't get it sorted by 18th it will be around 90 days without a payment. I've had very little support from the account managers who are in charge of chasing the payments, just advice guys, avoid TD. I can't speak for AW but I bet they have to be better then these clowns.

Well, it appears I'm not going to get paid for 90 days, guys just don't even bother with TradeDoubler, they have not got a clue.

Stay away from tradedoubler. I think they know exactly what they are doing and intentionally delay payments or don't pay at all.
I think they will go down within a year. Already closed offices in several countries.

Absolutely worst affiliate network I ever had been in.

I've been in contact with them again, basically they have said the invoice to their client has not passed the deadline. This company must have amazing invoice terms if it's not passed it's pay-by date after 60-90 days, he is contacting the account manager and getting back to me, hopefully today maybe tomorrow. The support seems OK when you call it just seems to be the account managers who are dragging their feet. how hard can it be to issue monthly invoices and do their job? Unless the account managers are just glorified sales staff who are on the prowl for new businesses.

One of the casinos I promote uses Tradedoubler. I had a lot of problems with them already. Last year I wasn't payed for a period of 6 months! The casino already payed to Tradedoubler but they didn't send it to me..
I wasn't payed in December 2013 and January 2014. Last month they payed again. I wonder if they will pay me this month.

The statistics on their website also seem to be wrong. I always have to double check directly with the casino if they payed me correctly. My affiliate managers at the casino always complain about Tradedoubler but they keep working with them.

One of the affiliate managers also told me that TradeDoubler payed 12.000 euro to much to a affiliate once.

How are these guys even in business? and I've also wondered about the accuracy of their numbers too.

Just looking at my invoices, they have one day to update by account as ready for payment, if not then I will be outstanding for 120 days worth of payments, they say the longer is two months - I'll call them later today and see what excuses they have.

Just an update on this guys, still no payment and was told I was be called by several times by account managers and not a peep. Credits have not been approved or moved to ready for payment, once these payments go through I'm leaving these guys and would urge everyone else to do the same and use the direct affiliate route!

Post on more forums to warn everyone else that works with tradedoubler. This is bad treatment.

Can't you vote for "worst program"?
