That sounds like your email was compromised.

They saw the email of the temp password, and then changed the email in the affiliate panel, then deleted the email confirmation of the change.

If this is the case, and you have any other affiliate programs, banks, credit cards or any other important company or personal contact with that email, every one "could" be at risk.

However, I want to clarify that I never received any security alerts, OTPs, or 'email change' notifications on my original email (mdsajeebcht@gmail.com)。 Usually, changing a primary email requires a confirmation link sent to the old email。 The fact that it was changed instantly without any verification on my side strongly points to an internal administrative override。 Also, the manager @danil_aff knew exactly when I had login errors in real-time。"

If someone has access to the email to grab passwords, they can just as easily delete confirmation emails when changed. If the email was your own serve you could dig through mail server logs but not on gmail.

If they admit the change was done by them, they should pay. If they do not admit fault, you really have little proof.

Having a record of your login failure is not proof of anything on either side of the case, just shows your first login attempt after a change no matter who did it.

Good luck getting this worked out. If in fact the management was involved, hopefully the person is not continuing on there as they could also do it again to others.

• ​No Verification: Usually, changing a primary email address on an affiliate platform requires clicking a confirmation link sent to the original email. I never received any such email or security alert.
• ​Admin Override: This suggests the email was changed directly through Melbet’s backend administrative panel, bypassing the standard email verification process.
• ​Real-time knowledge: The rogue manager provided the system password to me in the Telegram chat at the exact moment I was struggling to log in. A random hacker who only had access to my email wouldn't be monitoring my Telegram activity and login attempts in real-time."
